"Our stay was great. Try not to book too much in advance, there was a price discrepancy but hotel management was very helpful to resolve it. The construction of the new spa didn't have any effects on our stay, but a few restaurants were still closed. "

"Really huge suite in the larger lodge and decorated so nicely to really embody that cozy, mountain lodge feel. Views were incredible and it was set so far from the bustle of Banff, but close enough to access necessities, especially since the little storefront on-site had a number of decent essentials. Really great place, especially for the money. Customer service and front office staff went the extra mile and were so friendly and welcoming. Definitely will return again"

The service was friendly and welcoming. The lady at the front desk was wonderful—her warm demeanor made us feel right at home. Our stay was perfect in every way, and we left feeling refreshed and reconnected. We can't recommend Baker Creek enough for anyone looking for a romantic, peaceful getaway.
