"You can see Lake Superior out of the side windows. The area was having a blizzard and we took a x-country route to get there. Big mistake. Taking us41 to Calumet was way better in bad weather. Very cute place. Lots of parking, snow plow service didn't come until we had already shoveled out and headed to town for the day. More and better shovels would have been appreciated."

"Location on white sand beach was superb. Best time I’ve ever had in the Keweenaw. Campfires on beach every night. Plenty of wood and tinder. Lighting in house isn’t good for reading. Lights over sink and table were hard to turn on. Appliances could have been cleaned better. Overall house condition average at best"

"Over the past few years we have stayed in a lot of VRBOs across the UP all have been good experiences, but this stay was the best we have had yet! The grounds were BEAUTIFUL! There is many outdoor living spaces available to enjoy the Huron Bay, including a deck off the loft above the garage for a little different perspective. The house was comfortable and charming with beautiful views of this bay from nearly every room. It was equipped with everything you needed to enjoy your stay including...

"Enjoyed my stay. Comfy mattress, quaint...great location (close to lighthouse complex). Very quiet at night. Shampoo and soap would have been a nice touch."

"The property is very nice, well located. It was raining when we arrived and there was no sidewalk to the front door, so it was a little muddy. Best to come in the back door where there is a sidewalk, but the keys don't open the back door, so you have to walk through the house. The only real issue is the upstairs shower. The bottom of the tub is not flat and the mat does not help, it just gets squished into the middle. The downstairs shower is fine. We all had a good time."
