HOME AT LAKE JUNALUSKA FOR YOU TO ENJOY this WINTER and All SEASONS!

This Lake Junaluska house (3 bedrooms) and is just the right fit for a family or friends wanting to stay in the mountains but not wanting to stay on the side of a mountain. You will have a year-round view of the mountains and the lake from the decks, screened porch, and the two sunrooms.

If you enjoy visiting downtown Waynesville this is the perfect time to come! Stores, restaurants and shopping is waiting for you. Enjoy skiing, snowboarding and tubing this winter in Maggie Valley. The pool and all the water activities will be opening in the spring (coming soon).

The house sits in a perfect location. Only five minutes to I-40 which makes the trek to Asheville or a drive to picnic in the Blue Ridge or Smoky Mountain Parkways very easy. Only five minutes to beautiful downtown Waynesville or Maggie Valley. Located one block from walking trail around the lake which makes for a relaxing morning hike or an easy walk to any of the Conference activities.

The large home is cozy with all the windows you get to feel and see the beauty of the birds, mountains and lake. The two sunrooms one off the kitchen and the other in the main bedroom give you a chance to catch up on that book or just relax. Large closet off main bedroom can be used for a child with a crib.

The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances and with a large island and bar stools will make entertaining easy and any cook feel like a 'Top Chef'

The house rents for 275.00 a night. The house has a 100.00 cleaning fee. A tax of 11% is added.
