Disliked: Cleanliness
Great home but dirty & not well kept.
The home itself has a great layout and is in a great location. Unfortunately though it is very dirty. To the owner's credit when I called him he had the cleaning lady come by and clean, but you can tell the property is just not maintained. The air filters are black & caked with dust (I noticed because some fell from the ceiling on to my daughter), there was white cat hair everywhere when we checked in, to the point where my black socks were covered in it after about 5 minutes of walking around. The pool table was covered in the cat hair and even once it was cleaned my family and I were still all sneezing all weekend. The WIFI kept going in and out as well, I had to unplug and reset the route every 30 minutes when we were home. The owner was nice & responsive, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of one, but either he is a slum lord or has no clue what type of condition his property is in.
