The mostly snowbird community were very welcoming and fun to be with. The vintage layout with pool in the center of the units was perfect. The units (especially the kitchen) are on the smaller side but it worked out fine for the two of us.
I was hesitant to book this property simply because it was so inexpensive but I’m so glad I did. The pool is awesome and it was great to meet the people at this location. Best price in havasu and no disappoints

The pool was heated and definitely a plus for this stay. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Unit was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Was lucky to have found this and would certainly stay again. Very nice property. Rosie the housekeeper was aa delight!
Was looking for a place to stay near main drag with restaurants, and this place is easy walking distance. We were worried about noise because unit is at entrance, but regular renters keep it quiet. Unit was well-appointed and listing is accurately portrayed.
Property is old but is close to downtown so location is good.
Bed was fine and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Grills are nice and parking was easy. Only thing is TV's are small could use a bigger one in living room.
Enjoyed our stay here. Pretty much everything you could need was there. Loved having the pool right outside our door. Lots of parking, close to grocery store. Took the ferry to the casino and walked the Show and Shine on Main Street. Everyone there was very friendly. Appreciated the efforts to return our forgotten camera!
Updating our house, not wanting to stay in construction zone. Checked in was able to do everything per owner email Woo-hoo 🙌 people so kind helpful approachable. Pool Landry great location amazing thank you

Check in was not real good, they thought we were coming next day so we had no information on how to
We loved the location, the maintenance person Rosie was amazing ❤️ hard working woman.
The tenants that are there as snowbirds were also great and made quick friends with them.
The room needed serious updates, a new shower curtain being the first. Some new bedding and pillows and towels wouldn’t hurt either. The owner was friendly kind and easy to work with.
We also had very very noisy upstairs tenants for 3 of our 6 day stay. These are 1 bed units there were 5-6 people in the upstairs rental last week in April 2024.
the unit was perfect for 2 people. The tub needs a rubber mat because it's quite slippery. Close to the river. Grocery stores around, bar and grill across the street. The unit was clean but dated. Could hear the people above us walking back and forth (sounded like a herd of elephants).
Loved the quiet and closeness to downtown. It really is a great place to stay. Do not like the fact that when I got into the Vrbo site, it was not clear how to access my info on how to get into the building. My husband and I tried everything in the site we could think of and finally the info popped up; after 40 minutes of trying! My husband is a navigation Pro but couldn't figure it out. Also, there was no contact name and number at the actual site to call. We tried the Verizon number and it was now someone else's number.😳 Overall, it is a great location and place to stay. The pool is very nice and no riff raff hanging out around the property.

This property is VERY affordable, which at first makes you think it is probably not a great place to stay. You are SO wrong! The room was so big! Lots of space! All the amenities you could ask for. Is it older? Yes. But it is very well maintained and pretty clean. I was in town for a funeral, not vacation, so I had a lot of free time on my hands. I spent several hours at the pool just soaking up some sun and reading my book. I hardly saw another soul. The pool area is absolutely lovely and the pool itself is VERY clean.
Just a couple of things you might want to be aware of:
**The check out list of duties was much more extensive than I was prepared for. Make sure you leave time on day of checkout to do some house keeping.
**Room 107 (which I was in) is right by the only entrance to the hotel. The note on the gate, says close quietly, but no one does. I found this out at 3am when a family was moving into one of the rooms upstairs and made several trips to and from the car. Bang! Bang! Bang! If you make reservations, you may ask to NOT be placed in that room.
I would absolutely stay here again, if nothing more than the beautiful pool and quiet atmosphere. However, the location of this place is also a huge plus. Lots of places to eat within just minutes and the lake is just down the road...a great place for some morning exercise.
Great little condo in a quiet building. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Host is very responsive ands accommodating. Perfect size for a couple. We’ll definitely book again.
I wanted to leave my review for this property because of how AMAZING it was from start to finish! I will be very honest and direct so here it goes...
Pros:
- LOCATION! It is super close to all of the Downtown Bars and shops in Lake Havasu (about 2-3 blocks) and London Bridge (2 miles or so, so say less than 10 mins if it isn't a holiday weekend) so this makes things much easier for you if you wish to walk, rather than drive to where you want to go. If you like to "have fun" it saves you from driving (Hint: Holiday weekends are no joke with the cops, do not drink and drive!)
- The Space: The photos do not do it justice. You get a spacious 1 bedroom condo, with all the items needed for a comfortable stay.
- Rosie! The onsite manager is a gem and very sweet. She is very friendly and always asks if you need anything to make things easier for you during your stay.
- Clean and quiet common space and pool: Even with the holiday weekend, it was still not noisy during my stay
CONS (if I had to pick any, but this is just me):
- The unit is right next to the main entrance door to the complex. Some people will slam the door, but that is not a unit problem. Just get ear plugs at night if it distracts you.
- Keypad for entry: It works, that is not the issue, but if you do not know how to operate it when it is in "sleep" mode, it can be tricky. But the host cleared it all up in 2 mins :)
All in all, GREAT stay, hope it opens up again my next turn back!
This property worked really well for our family with young kids. It was close to all of the attractions in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the pool was nice for the kids. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
