Nice home
Nice clean home . Great location ! Only problem was TV 's very hard to operate . 2 in guest bedrooms do not work , at all, not hooked to and antenna of kind. TV in living room and main bed need update instructions as they are now hooked to direct TV not cable per instructions .

House needs a good Spring Cleaning
The House is very dirty! Cupboards, drinking glass, and pantry stinks. The house needs new pots and pans as they are not fit for cooking any more. Curtains are full of dust! Carpets are filthy. The owner needs to take a look.

Nice home but weak support!
The home is nice enough and comfortable but the amenities and service were not up to par. Imagine coming in out of the hot sun into a house that has the thermostat automatically set at 87 degrees! It then takes 3 hours to cool to around 72. Meanwhile you’re sweating even after you’ve taken a shower. Whoever takes care of this property should insure that the house is at least at an acceptable 78 on the day of check in. And of course we go out the next day all day and come back in the early evening to 87 degrees again. Secondly the TV remotes do not work. We purchased brand new batteries since half of them had no batteries. The remotes still did not function properly. Finally. What rental house has no soap, no shampoo and basically nothing for their guests to use. Every house I’ve previously rented in Havasu had the bare minimum of these items in the bathrooms.

Cold and stinky
So the house is nice but smells like cigarettes. The TVs don’t really work you need dvds which was a pain for the kids. Pool is in the shade all day so it’s constantly freezing. So cold we couldn’t get in and enjoy it. The A/C is controlled by a nest system and I think the owner changes the temps on you! It was 98+ outside and we have a newborn so kept the house at 72 and every few hours or in the morning when we got up it was up to 80°! Way too hot. Again house is nice but wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Overall we had a great experience. The home was clean & very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool like I’d hope we would, because it wasn’t hot enough outside & the pool isn’t heated. We enjoyed having all of the amenities; tv with cable, washer & dryer, towels provided, toiletries, etc. we made some great memories!

This house was very nice I like the open floor plan and the beds were very comfortable .it was close to what ever we needed, only thing I didn't like was the pool was not heated so we could not use but we knew that up front. Overall we would stay here again. Thanks much.

Sahara house stay
We had a great stay. We loved having a full house for room, cooking at home, private pool. Some cleanliness issues, utensils not clean, outdoor table with coffee residue, etc. But overall a nice stay! Wish the pool was heated and had a hot tub! Wish it listed as a corner lot near busy toad.

My son and I went and raced at the havasu 95 speedway. The hose worked out perfect for us. Really clean and the 70inch tv was super cool. Also it’s a huge property I was able to park the truck and hauler easy.

It was fine.
we found water bottles under yhe couches. Light bulbs burned out over the dining table and I replaced them. Found someone s clothes in one bedroom. There is a howling sound from the refrigerator and the pool was dirty.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME
We enjoyed our stay at the Sahara house this past weekend! We arrived to a very clean, spacious and inviting home. The garage was perfect for parking our boat keeping it safe and clean overnight. The location of the property was perfect as it was VERY close to Lake Havasu State Park. We enjoyed the patio area and pool as well!! Check in and out was easy!
