We stayed here in 2023 and really enjoyed it so we decided to rent again in 2024. We were a little disappointed this time. We rented with a garage but were unable to use the garage. The wifi had been changed and no information was provided for usage until we contacted the property manager. The dryer did not work properly as it would shut down before cycle ended. Did it on all settings. I was a little disappointed the bedding hadn't been updated from last year. It is a very secure, clean well maintained complex. The rental information needs to be updated so guests don't get the same surprises we did.

place was very nice and was stocked well. tv was a little glitchy. Property manager (rikki) was awesome in helping me with the tv and any other questions/issues that I might have had. could update welcome book as several items were out of date. also several items in the fridge were out of date and should have been disposed of. overall these are minor issues and I would highly recommend this property to others.

The condo at the Preserve was comfortable and quiet in a nice gated community. It was adequately furnished, had secure wifi and a washer and dryer. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need.

It was 117F out during our visit. Condo was perfectly cool and the pool was great for a dip. Washer / Dryer worked great. Garage a bit small for a large SUV but plenty of parking was available. Overall we were very satisified.

Would definitely comeback to rent this place again on our trip next year if it is still available *parking is just too tight for a double jetski trailer. Other than that everything is perfect.
