The condo was actually in the basement. The owner lived on top so I felt like there was no privacy for the use of the swimming pool or hot tub! Other then that everything else was good

Loved it! We wanna come back!
Sometimes you go somewhere to see the sights and do the things, but the place you stay at is so nice, you end up hanging out there most of time instead. That describes our two weeks here at Havasu Down Under. Great place... lots of space... all the comforts of home. Private back yard with swimming pool and separate hot tub. We were there in January, too cold for heating the pool, but the hot tub did the trick! Good TVs, sound system, WIFI, outdoor lighting, different cool spots to hang out if you (or your roommate) want your own space. Barb and Pat live upstairs, and we hardly ever saw them. Great people when we did, the perfect hosts, going out of their way to make sure everything is right. Location is good... right by the Pima Wash, which has a nice paved walking path straight down to the big lake. Several cool places within walking distance... supermarket, BBQ, Mexican restaurant, BJ’s Cabana Bar, etc. The main golf course in town (Lake Havasu Golf Club) is a short drive away, which was great for us. We want to come back next year, for sure. We’ve been going to Fort Myers the last few years, and thought we’d try somewhere different in 2019... and are glad we did! Thanks!

Fabulous & comfortable
7 family members under one roof. This house provided privacy for each person & opportunity to spend time together in the comfortable living room too! Was a wonderful experience & a good time was had by all. We plan to rent again next year

Pat and Barb are great people,easy to talk to and definitely easy to work with! Would definitely stay at this property again,pool was great,all bedrooms had flat screen TVs,great kitchen,beautiful city! Weather was a little hot during our stay,but the pool and lake saved the day!!!

So clean and adorable!
This place exceeded all of our expectations! The lay out was perfect and was perfect for all 8 of us. Everyone had enough privacy and the common areas like kitchen, family room and outside were spacious. The pool and spa were great and Pat and Barb were so cool. You don't even know they are near by because their space is totally separate.... but they were so kind and accommodating. The pictures don't do the space justice, such a clean and chill vibe. We will definitely stay here again. This would probably even accommodate up to 10 or 11 people. Thanks Havasu Down Under!

Great stay!
We enjoyed meeting the owners Pat & Barb. They introduced us to the property and then left us to enjoy it! The pool area was great and the house was great too. Plenty of room let us spread out a bit, and the 3 bedrooms were comfy too. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great Home Away From Home!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Havasu Down Under .. It was perfect for both of us couples .. we loved the separate entrances to the two "pool facing" bedrooms .. the backyard was where we spent most of our time. Wonderful for entertaining!! Pat and Barb accommodated us from the time we reserved until the time we left. No question we would stay there again!! Thank You So Much!!

Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation.
Great place, great location. Everything included that you may need. Heated pool, hot tub, great bar b q area, outdoor TV by pool. Plenty of outside furniture to host a great pool party. Enjoyed our entire stay and booked for next year.

Great Labor Day Weekend

Amazing Rental
This Vacation rental was more than just a rental, its a place called home away from home. The place was amazing. Everything you need and more. We stayed here for 3 nights for the Laughlin Regatta River Run cuz hotels & rentals in Bullhead City were either super high in price or sold out for the long weekend we needed it for. So we decided to rent In Havasu so we can do some boating afterwards. Best thing we did. The drive to Laughlin was only 45 mins, not bad.... the drive was nice. We made a day of it in Laughlin and then came home in the evening to BBQ and hit the pool n Jacuzzi. Pat & Barb our by far the best Host/hostess any one can ask for. If you needed anything Barb & Pat were just upstairs, which is their home, and Havasu Down under is just below them. There is sooo much room to do anything you want, and everything you need to have a great vacation on the lake. We will for sure make this an annual Havasu trip with my family.

Perfect Rental
We had an amazing vacation in Havasu and enjoyed our stay at this rental. It has everything you need and the backyard is very relaxing, especially at night. I love all the seating and amenities it offers. The inside was very comfortable and clean. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. We've stayed in a handful of properties over the years and this is by far our favorite. We definitely plan on renting again.

exceeded our expectations
This property had everything you could ask for, plus extras. The owners were great from the time of my first phone call inquiry to departure. If your looking for a place to stay that feels like a beautiful home away from home, this is perfect. There were four adults and my one toddler (2 yrs). I was a little worried about making sure the doors to the pool were child proof so I brought some safety first knobs for the door handles but I was so surprised when I saw we wouldn't need them. All the doors leading to the pool deck were installed with the handles being higher than usual ones. My daughter couldn't reach even on her tippee toes (she is just over three feet tall) and when someone would go out a door, the doors automatically swing closed without slamming. This, in itself, gave me piece of mind and was worth every penny. Additionally, lots of extras including indoor/outdoor speaker system with aux cord, cable and on demand, extra travel size toiletries in both bathrooms, tons of beach towels, pool toys, wood and fire starter, as well as everything you could need to cook something, flat screen tv's in the living room and all bedrooms, air mattress and roll away bed if needed, and they have gotten rid of the bunk beds in the third bedroom and replaced it with two queen beds. I even forgot a couple of minor things in the bathroom cabinet and didn't realize it until we were half way home, when I called the owner to let him know, he priority mailed my stuff to me the next day (even though I told him it wasn't anything I couldn't do without.) These owners are the type of people you want to rent from and this property is a great one. So clean, beautifully remodeled, close to everything, and plenty of beds to accommodate. Will be planning another stay someone in the near future.
