Enjoy the coziness of our well-appointed three bedrooms, each offering a restful haven. Upstairs, Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, while Bedroom 2 has a queen-over-queen bunk bed. Both upstairs bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies with views of Lake Havasu. The third bedroom downstairs also has a queen-sized bed and its own full bathroom.
With four bathrooms, convenience is a priority, ensuring everyone has ample space to get ready for the day's adventures. Each bathroom is clean, bright, and stocked with fresh towels and essentials. The upstairs ensuite bathroom off the Queen-Bunk Room includes a toilet and tub/shower combo. The ensuite bathroom off the upstairs King features a toilet, stand-up shower, and two vanities. The full bathroom downstairs, located just outside the bedroom, has a toilet, stand-up shower, and single vanity. Additionally, there is a powder room downstairs for easy access and extra space for guests. Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in each bathroom, ensuring you have everything you need to refresh after a day of exploring.

There are two convertible sofa-sleepers downstairs in the fireplace living room, each accommodating one additional guest. The green living room has a full-sized pull-out sleeper sofa, allowing for two more guests.
