Beautiful open floor plan with a brand new kitchen, large center island. New flooring throughout. Large backyard with an entertainment area and a large new hot tub. Plenty of parking for all your toys with RV hook-ups. Just minutes away from the lake, amenities and off-roading trails. 3 bed/2 bath, open concept living area. Backyard is fenced all around. Brookside
We stayed a month at the Brookside house. Very nicely remodeled with everything we needed for our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive down a major street to shopping and downtown. Jackie was responsive to any questions we had and was very flexible with our schedule. The property also had secure side parking for our boat. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Lake Havasu.

Peaceful stay
Boating weekend in Havasu, we didnt get to fully enjoy the home as much. But everything was wonderful. It felt like staying at relatives house. It definitely has a homey feel. I would stay here again!
