Great space for big families, large main bedroom has king size luxury bed with USB port built into the bed frame. Smart TV, luxury bathrobes. Room is very large with a private door to the covered patio and pool just steps outside.
2nd bedroom has a luxury queen bed with Smart TV, large hall bathroom is shared with third bedroom.
3rd bedroom has adult size bunk beds, Luxury queen mattress on bottom with twin on top. With games for the kids.
Large great room with very comfortable sectional, 60" smart TV, Kitchen is perfect for family gatherings. Kitchen amenities include kurig, air fryer, blender, baking sheets, mixing bowls, mixer, bbq equipment and much more.
Beautiful brand-new outdoor patio set with umbrella for family dinners.

Beautiful Views
Very nice house with plenty of room. The backyard was the diamond with a heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed many days of sun and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains from the yard.

Loved the house on a hill. Great views and sunsets. Very private, quiet. Nice interior, very roomy.Nice furnishings and excellent comfortable beds. Loved the pool and fenced yard for my standard poodle. Thanks Marcy. You were very accessible. Hope to revisit Flying Cloud Inn.

Great House for Nonboaters
The house was very clean and organized. View was great. Marcy was very communicative and friendly. Only drawback was the very steep driveway and no place to park a boat except the street. Perhaps we have just been spoiled by other properties that have boat parking in the garage.

My daughters and I enjoyed every part of the home. The safety for me was important. We felt we were secluded and secure. The house is a perfect fit for kids and adults looking to get away and still be a short drive from the lake/town. They have everything you would need at home. Can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful Lake Havasu getaway
Our group of eight (4 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful stay at Flying Cloud Inn. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area with the mountain views. Nice quiet location with plenty of outdoor seating. The main area is spacious and clean. All the furniture and linens are new and comfortable.

A relaxing week vacation .
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lovely home with great pool and hot tub. Our only suggestion is it took us a little bit to figure out the TV and not all lights and fans were working properly. We highly recommend this house!!

Perfect hill top getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is bright and refreshing. The backyard is beautiful and offers something for everyone! The pool, hot tub, views (especially at sunset), landscape, and multiple seating arrangements allows for your own little desert oasis. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and you're just a short drive away from the lake, trails, restaurants, and grocery stores- and coffee! The owner is responsive and friendly. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed during our stay. This is a property that is easily enjoyed, and you should not pass it up! We will choose this house again if the opportunity arises.

The property is perched on top of a hill. Breathtaking views from the backyard… especially at sunset! The house has an open floor plan with plenty of room. Easy access when you arrive and convenient location without being too close to busy London Bridge area!

Lovely home. Very roomy and spacious. Well equipped. Easy host to work with. We were not notified of internet and tv reception sometimes being a problem until right before we left. Daughter had to work part of time so that was a problem for her. Otherwise a nice visit.

The swimming pool and hot tube were great. I would have been nice to have more an one trash bag for the house/kitchen garbage can with our being 11 days. Also more than 3 pods for the dishwasher. It would have been nice to have some instructions for the RUKU TV. Finally figured it after my son came and he played around with it. We will consider coming back.

Great Lake Havasu rental especially with children
We had a great experience with this rental! From the moment we booked, Marcy was in constant communication with me! We had comcerns about where we would park our boat while there and she made sure to let me know that there is the perfect spot at the bottom of the driveway. She was always quick to get back to me. The house itself is very spacious, clean, has all the things you would need. If you have children its a wonderful rental for kids. There are bunk beds in a fun kids room. The bedding was all top notch. Best bedding we have ever had at a rental. Its the little things for me. Location also good! Close to the new lake havasu marina launch ramp and not too far from the london bridge. Beautiful view at sunset of the lake in the background. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful home with a great view
Absolutely one of the best houses I have rented and I have rented a lot. We are constantly in Havasu all summer long. If you have a boat, you will not be able to park it in the driveway. It’s way too steep; at least for our 30’. But there was plenty of room to park it at the bottom. The view from the backyard was why I booked this house and it did not disappoint. It was so peaceful and quiet sitting out there in the morning drinking coffee. There are so many fun pool toys for the kids. Including volleyballs and a net. My daughter had a blast. One of the rooms is even set up for kids with a couple stuffed animals and she just absolutely loved it. The house has whatever you need to cook with in the kitchen, spices, a Keurig and a BBQ. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap and a blow dryer. We were able to take our dogs and the backyard is completely fenced in with no way for them to get out. Which was great with having a puppy with us. Had a great time with my in-laws, husband and daughter. The AC worked very well compared to other homes in AZ in June. We felt comfortable and right at home. I highly recommend staying here. It’s an exceptional home especially considering how little they charge compared to others.
