We provide most everyday necessities with the exception of bathroom products like shampoo and conditioner.

The BBQ is heated with charcoal coals and are not provided during your stay.

The pool and spa is $40/day to heat upon request, pool takes about 6 hours to heat. **Due to the pool and spa being locked, once you have been given access you'll be charged for the duration of your stay.

Basic Rules:
At our vacation rental, we like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. You can find the complete instructions for most everything in our Welcome Book. Please also read the full house rules as well located on the listing page in “house rules” section in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.

Must be at least 24 years old to rent this property due to insurance reasons this home cannot be rented to anyone under the age of 24. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. You must rent the home for yourself and your guests. This will cause immediate cancellation to your stay.

Outdoor cameras located front and back of all our properties for security and can be used to check occupancy and “quiet hours” compliance. (Guest(s) may not disconnect or tamper with exterior Security Cameras. If disconnected/tampered with, the contract will terminate immediately with no refunds.)

City Quiet time is defined as 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. City law enforcement in the area that keeps track of any excessively loud noises in the area. No excessive noise should happen during that period. If law enforcement shows up during your stay due to any disturbances (including but not limited to; loud music, fireworks, etc) this will be immediately reported to our “Bad Guest List” which will not let you rent any of the properties within our insurance.

We require that you respect the reservation you committed to and only have the same number of people stay in the house as listed in their reservation. All guests must be included in the reservation no matter time and length of their stay this is for your safety and is required by all booking sites. Any extra guests not disclosed that are brought into the home will cause immediate cancellation of your stay and your party will be escorted out by security along with a $500 fine.

Would not stay again, but decent stay after we cleaned up.
The cleanliness and maintenance of property was poor. The communication with property manager was non existent. They messaged right away to my concerns but offered no resolution and did not hear from them again throughout the 10 day stay at their property. We purchased items to clean and maintenance the pool ourselves. The bedding we had to wash prior to sleeping in. The couch fabric gave my family a rash. We left early and still have not heard from the property manager.

inside of property was as expected, mostly clean, although the aging of interior items is very apparent as property for price needs updating. 1 dining chair had food (looked like chocolate sauce), wall paper in laundry room pealing off everywhere. No games to speak of other than a drinking game (house rules say strictly no parties, lol). the home sleeps 10 although there are not enough cups, glasses and kitchen items to support that many guests. The house AC was left at 92!! the outdoor space is nothing like what the pictures show, all the bbq grills were nasty dirty and not usable in that condition, the hot tub was empty and not properly working, I had to do minor maintenance with owner over the phone so the tub would fill with water and even such no heating without paying as indicated in the rules, although owner did say to heat and I would not be charged as I assisted in getting things going. all the seating had bird crap on the backs and the outdoor space was scattered with landscaping debris, someone really should have checked the property well before we got there. The cleaning charge and the rules to assist with emptying trash and start washer are pretty typical, although a few items were not as stated in rules and as such the cleaning fee was way too much, plus the trash cans on side of house were overflowing and bags on the ground because you couldn't get anymore trash in them. We took pictures of everything when we entered the house as we do at all VRBO properties.

Great Place!
Lake Havasu City is a great place to have some fun with your family, and this property did not disappoint. The pool and spa were great, plenty of space for us, and the communication was great! Highly recommend!

Great stay !
Rented out the house during the week, Monday - Thursday for Spring Break. The house was clean and had all basic necessities ready. Communication with the owner was great, usually responded in less than 10 minutes. Our first night we had a problem heating the spa, and the owners were more than helpful solving the issue. Even going as far as to have a pool guy come fix the issue at 9 pm at night. Excellent communication and hospitality towards guests. The house is located on a fairly busy street, making it a bit more challenging if you bring a boat, but still less than a 10 minute drive to the resort. Overall great place to stay and would definitely consider staying again!

Very clean!! Loved that about this property. On a very busy road, I missed the fine print on that one. Once in the house road was not loud, but you have to be very careful pulling out. Home very spacious and bright! Had issues with hot tub and pool, the owner did try to rectify. Would recommend more silverware, new couch. Overall nice place

Close to the lake, this house was well stocked with basic supplies, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We went on the hottest week 120 degrees and the house was cool and AC worked great. Pool was especially nice after being on the lake all day. We will stay again…

Perfect!
This property was the perfect spot for our family of nine to stay in Lake Havasu! We loved the retro feel of the house with many updates. It veas very clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub were great for endless hours of fun. We enjoyed laying out in the night watching the stars or eating breakfast outside in the morning. The quiet central location was great for all the different activities that Lake Havasu has to offer. Was a great spot for early morning run or jog. The large sectional was perfect for winding down in the evenings with a family movie. We had a little hiccup with the heater for the pool/hot tub but, Lexis was excellent to work with. She answered any calls or texts immediately and was very helpful and pleasant. We had a really great time here making some wonderful family memories. We will definitely be planning a vacation here again!

Beautiful property!
The house is exactly as advertised. I loved the open floor plan and the beach vibe. Our hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our favorite part was the pool-- our kids practically lived in it during the duration of our stay. It was just a short drive to the attractions we wanted to see, in a nice neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again!

Girls Get Away
Our trip was perfect! The pictures on VRBO were pretty accurate. We had an issue with the pool on day one and communication was amazing and was taken care of by day 2. I would stay again. Plenty of room, wine glasses, coffee mugs etc. We had a great girls trip get away!
