This home is also less than 10 miles from several local attractions including the Lake Havasu Golf Club, London Bridge, and Lake Havasu State Park.

Inside, switch on the air-conditioning and enjoy one another's company in the open and welcoming interior. Prepare all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar with counter seating, dine together at the nearby table - perfect for fun-filled game nights - and then settle into the living area to watch TV into the evening. Out back, the furnished and shaded patio offers a gas grill and a table and chairs for family cookouts.

This home also includes a washer/dryer to let you pack light and keep your laundry under control during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
