This home is new to the rental scene and is equipped with ALL NEW EVERYTHING... furniture, kitchen utensils, dishes and cookware, towels/linens, washer/dryer, TV's and refrigerator. Ceiling fans are in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and family room. The Master bedroom has a cal king size bed, walk in closet, and attached bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed with a full top and full on the bottom. All bedrooms include USB ports and flat screen televisions. Guest bathroom includes a full bath with shower/tub combination. The detached casita has a cal king size bed with attached bathroom and kitchenette area equipped with a coffee station, microwave, sink and mini fridge. All bedrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. The family room has a vaulted ceiling with sofa and 75" 4K Smart TV with cable. The dining table seats up to 6 people. Kitchen includes a pantry stocked with a blender, toaster, waffle maker, cooking spices, and baking ingredients. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar that can sit an additional 4 people. Additional amenities include HIGH speed Internet and great Wifi, water softener and RO system.

Amazing stay
Would 100% recommend this house. It was super clean and had everything you would need. The communication with the owners was the best I’ve ever experienced. It was close to the river and the London bridge. Great neighborhood. We had an amazing stay!

Girls Golf trip
We came to Lake Havasu for a golf tournament. Six of us stayed here, we all loved it. It is decorated beautifully and extremely clean. We were gone during the day at the golf course but we used the hot tub to relax in the evening and played games after. Everything worked out perfectly and I would highly recommend this property. We hare hoping to come back next year if we get in the golf tournament, Thank you to our hosts Jason & Chrissi Paul

Havasu family weekend
Spent the weekend with family enjoying the lake and pool. The house is well laid out for families, stocked with everything you might need and very clean. The neighborhood is nice and the house is close to grocery stores and not far from the lake. We had a great time and will be going back!

We ( party of 6) were there for desert storm in April. The house was everything we hoped it would be and more. Best rental I've had in Havasu! Great house and layout. Basically has 2 master bedrooms with the casita/bungalow in the backyard. Everything is new and clean and incredibly well stocked Great rental, will def request to book this property again.

Great Havasu Getaway!
This home is tastefully decorated, very clean and everything is super organized. The Casita is a great added benefit as well. The back yard and pool area are professionally landscaped we spent many hours out there. I can't say enough good things about our experience and our hosts were quick to respond to us the few times we needed them to. We would highly recommend this VRBO home!

Fantastic stay in beautiful new home
Look no further if you're looking for a Havasu house that will exceed your expectations. This home was beautiful and incredibly well-appointed compared to other homes in the area. We enjoyed all the bedrooms and the great kitchen and living room spaces. However, the pool deck was the show stopper, providing the setting for making lifelong memories. To top it all off, the home is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything.

Another Successful Stay
Once again this property didn’t disappoint. This was our 2nd time staying here in the last few months and once again it was a success!! We brought the kids this round and they absolutely loved the pool area. They practically lived there the whole time we were there. This home just makes you feel so relaxed it’s indescribable. As always I hated to leave. We’re already planning our trip to go back with the in-laws

Weekend of relaxation
From initial contact with the homeowner to check out after our stay, our experience was top-notch. This house was perfect for our family. It was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well organized. The neighborhood was quiet. We felt safe. We had a great time on vacation here. The pool and backyard looked just like the pictures, and the whole place was wonderful! I was impressed with the attention to detail.

I had an AMAZING experience… it was perfect for our family, 4 adults and 6 kids. We don’t use VRBO very often, but by far this was our best experience. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed, plus some. Communication between Jason and Chrissi and myself was clear and easy. When I say zero issues, I really do mean it.

Second Home
This house has become like a second home to us. Every time we stay it never disappoints. It’s just a relaxing atmosphere where I can get my thoughts together as well as enjoy some fun in the sun. Also everyone we bring with us whether it be the kids or other adults can’t get enough of this house either. It’s centrally located to everything you want/need to do. As always I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

Cleaner than a 5 star hotel
Everything in the home seemed brand new, never been used. If cleanliness is a priority, you cannot get any better than this. Comfortable beds, and plenty of space for our 3 small families. The outdoor space was perfect, with a pool, spa, patio seating and a BBQ pit. Location was perfect, minutes from the lake and a quiet neighborhood. Christina, the host was responsive to any questions we may have had. I’ve stayed in other homes before and this was hands down the best experience.

Labor Day wkend 2023
Sincerely everything was perfect, No hassle check in, house was new nice and CLEAN. The pool was perfect for our 6 grandchildren ages 4 to 11. After spending the mornings in the boat we were so lucky to to have the pool and spa during the heat of the day for the children to enjoy. After dark around the pool was also beautiful and relaxing. A True Oasis in Lake Havasu City
This property exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as shown in the photos. The house was very neat and clean and had all the amenities you could ever need during your stay. The stocked pantry was a nice bonus. Also, the board games were great for the kids. The casita was very nice. The pool and hot tub were awesom, we used them every day during our stay. We couldn't get the kids out of the pool! Chrissi and Jason were great hosts. Very responsive and accommodating. Look no further for a place to stay in Lake Havasu City, this is it. You will not be disappointed!

Relaxation in Havasu
My husband, my cousins, and I went to Lake Havasu to relax and enjoy the scenery. Upon arriving to the house we absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. The house had more than enough room for the 6 of us and the amenities were on point. The pictures doesn't do this house justice. We got out to see the city and enjoy what they had to offer but all the while I was secretly trying to just get back to the house to relax. I didn't want to leave. We are already planning a trip to come back with the kiddos!!
