Thanksgiving homebase
We had a nice few days to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. The pool was chilly (as expected in November) but enjoyable. We appreciated how clean and well-kept the house is, and since it's on a cul-de-sac it's nice and quiet.

Lake Havasu
We had a wonderful time in Lake Havasu. Our VRBO was conveniently located so that we could see the many sites the town had to offer. The Black Bear Restraunt was very good. We enjoyed relaxing out by the pool when the sun was in the backyard. We had some little quail visitor's which were fun to see. We picked a good time to be there because we got to enjoy the Balloon Fest.

Ive been coming to Havasu the past 5 years. We rented every year and i would have to say this place was cheaper than the average and had all the basic necessities. I woukd recommend and stay here again.

Clean House and Amazing Location
We came to havasu for the half marathon and 5K and loved the location of this house. The Lake House is beautiful and so clean. We loved the layout of the house as well. Having the Master Bedroom on one side of the house and the other rooms on the other side of the house. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean also. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great Location
Was super easy to get to restaurants and lake. Property is very clean and comfortable. Hosts are very responsive, kind and accommodating. Kitchen is well stocked. My only suggestion is to replace the full bed in one of the rooms with a queen, little more space for 2 adults.

NICE PLACE TO STAY
House was great , all very clean, pool nice for kids, we bbq hung out played games, stored our kayakes in back yard. Great neighborhood, near stores ,downstown havasu, lakee, parks. Friendly neighboors lots parking, safe neighborhood. very clean and comfortable,lots extra towels blankets pillows, games for kids. Owners available by phone for any questions. Would definetely stay here again.
