Located in the heart of Lake Harmony, we have spared no expense when it comes to your vacation! With over 4000 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for large groups and multiple families!
As you enter, the main floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. An open living room, dining room, and kitchen make for great gatherings and conversation! Just beyond the kitchen, you can make your way out to the 400-square-foot deck which has full unobstructed views of the lake. There you can sit out on a lounge chair and take in the fresh air or relax by reading a book! One flight up there are an additional two master bedrooms with private baths and a loft area for kids which has sleeping for up to 6!
The game room which consists of a brand new American-made pool table, a poker table, a shuffleboard table, and a built-in bar with a 50" TV for all your viewing needs! The lower level also consists of two more bedrooms and a full bath!
As you make your way past the bedrooms, you will be welcomed by a 400-square-foot home theater room that seats 9 comfortably in reclining chairs! Kick back and watch your favorite movie on a 75" big screen TV or your favorite sports team!
From the lower level, you can walk out to the second deck which gives you access to the lake. Whether you choose to relax in the outdoor jacuzzi(which is emptied and refilled after every stay) or dip your toes in the water or roast marshmallows by the fire pit, there is no shortage of activities inside or outside the cabin! Bring your boat, or jet skis and park them on your own private dock. Enjoy a cocktail along the water or walk 2 doors down to Nick's Lake House where you can dine alfresco! There are canoes and paddles available between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
(Paddles and Life Jackets Included)! We do supply the following items: Towels, Trash bags (2), Toilet Paper (2) per bathroom, and Paper Towels (2).

Owner accepts pets on an individual basis with an extra pet fee. The marina key is available with a deposit. Also, there is a one time permit fee of $500 to use your own
vessel on the lake. Permits can be purchased at the township before check in. This home is conveniently located 1/2 mile from Big Boulder Ski Area and in walking distance to local restaurants and nightclubs. This beautifully decorated waterfront cottage is minutes from Split Rock Indoor Water Park, The Galleria and Golf Course. Tenants have use of all Split Rock amenities that are open to the public for a fee collected by Split Rock. The lakefront property is approximately 20 minutes from Mohegan Sun or Mount Airy Casinos. It is also close to Hickory Run State Park and Sand Springs free beach. This home sleeps 8 comfortably. Boulder View Tavern, Galleria, Lake Harmony Cruises by Captain Wolf, Lake View Tavern at Split Rock, Louie’s Prime Steakhouse, Nick’s Lake House, Piggy’s Restaurant, Piggy’s Hog Heaven Ice Cream, Shenanigans, Split Rock Golf Club and Sunset Green Restaurant, Terra Cottage Café and Gifts, The Crossings Premium Outlets are some of the local Pocono attractions.

Thanksgiving get away with family
We enjoyed our stay at lake harmony. The property worked out perfectly for our family lots of space for the younger crowd downstairs with activities, and beautiful views would definitely stay again.

This Vrbo was great, amazing location close to restaurants and bars and the house itself was perfect with plenty of room for all of us! Just a warning, the basement gets a little cold but there were provided warmers that left everyone happy! Would definitely stay again.

Great Rental Property
This is our groups second time staying at the property. We stayed in the fall so didn't get to enjoy water activities, but enjoyed the fall foliage, bars and restaurants near by, and the home itself. The fire places made the home cozy, kitchen was spacious and we had a movie day in the theater. We will be back again!

Best spot in the lake never disappoints!
My second time staying at this property. Last time it was a work retreat. This time it was four families getting away for a long weekend. House is perfect for that size group. The kids had a blast and the adults too! Highly recommend this property.

Old Frat Buddies
A dozen of my frat buddies from the late 1970's planned a golf outing for 2 nights and stayed here. We really didn't take advantage of many of the amenities. But the game room and home theater down stairs looked awesome. But our mission was to play golf and eat out (Nicks Restaurant next door - was solid, Piggy's for breakfast was really just OK). But we had a ball. This place would be ideal for a couple of families to share for a summer vacation. And oh...don't waste your time playing golf at Split Rock - not a good course. Jack Frost Natl just a few miles away is outstanding!!!

Family Time
This was a long awaited vacation with our kids, their spouses and all the grandchildren. 21 of us and this house was perfectly suited!! Activities for all ages, well equipped and management was very responsive when we needed a propane refill. The location was great and we also enjoyed the music next door at Nick's on Friday night. We will definitely recommend this place to others.

Friends Relaxing!
Great long weekend getaway with a big friend group to kick off our summer. Loved having the kayaks and canoes right in the backyard. Having Nicks right next door was a huge plus- sat in the backyard one night listening to an amazing band, but not too loud that we couldn’t hear each other. Just an FYI, bath towels are included, but throw a couple washcloths and hand towels in your suitcase.

Great place
Perfect location but everything needed maintenance. No lightbulbs working, very dusty, so many spiders. Appliances were in disrepair and the linens were sparse and old. Loved the lake. Needs a good painting and cleaning and for things to be maintained.

We rented this place for the weekend to celebrate mother in laws 80 birthday...we had kids ranging from 3-25 years old, 5 adult companies...the game room/basement/movie room was the big hit...we played poker, while others played pool and shuffleboard...we watched moving in the movie room, very nicely decorated...right on the lake, unfortunately wasnt frozen so nice ice skating etc...within steps to a great resturant called Nicks or into some thrift shops etc....very very cool place

LOVE THE HOUSE!
So many positives, starting with Coty who was lovely to work with! The fire pit, access to Nick's, number of beds and bathrooms, the decks, the game room, the kitchen table and chairs -- awesome! A few suggestions: A MANUAL WITH WRITTEN DIRECTIONS for the electronics (tv's; remotes), including fireplaces, and showers, etc.; hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms; more consistent lighting going downstairs to the back yard; fixing the slow-to-heat oven; ladders for fire escape from upper deck in case of emergency. Overall, though, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Nice house that worked well for us. Didn’t know it was next to a bar that had live bands that played until about 9:30. It was ok if the band was good, not so good if the band wasn’t good which was about half the time. Parking wasn’t easy and it was a ways to get groceries.

Great Family Reunion Space
This house was large and very well laid out. Everyone had personal space and we never felt on top of each other - we had 22 people and cooked all meals in house. The band playing next door on Labor Day weekend was amazing! We rocked out on our own deck and then eventually joined the party over there. House could use some deep cleaning - ceiling fans, cobwebs, etc. Great experience!

Perfect family gathering spot
Took our family to lake harmony to celebrate my parents 70th birthdays, the house was perfect. 9 adults, 2 kids and a dog, we all fit comfortably and had extra space to spare. Did dinner at Nick’s next door, one night- great location where you can walk right to the local spots. Also went hiking/birding and the house isn’t too far (15-20min) from Hickory Run, with great trails. Front the gas fireplaces, grill, fire pit, game room, and sunsets on the lake, even with a rain day we enjoyed our weekend together. Ara was great and answered the couple questions we had promptly. Definitely recommend for family gatherings!
