Welcome to our vacation rental house which we affectionately call Four Seasons Vacation Home’. Right by The LAKE HARMONY with Lake Access and Beach Tags included in the rental

Rental are not inclusive of sheets & towels, Linen & Towels service is available for additional fee of $185 ( Have to request at the time of booking or at least 7 days prior to arrival date)

There are pillows and bedspreads on the beds and blankets in the bedroom closets

3. WE DO ACCEPT WELL BEHAVED PETS UP TO 30 POUNDS (MAXIMUM 2 PETS) with pet fee $100 per pet

4. Linen & Towels are not included with the rental but can be ordered as extra service for flat fee of $185

We booked the property weeks before our stay and the check in process was very easy. Alex, the owner of the property was very prompt in his response to our questions and concerns. Overall we had great time with family and friends.

Property had lots of things to do during rainy times as well as sunny days. 3 and 5 year olds, adults in 20's, 30's and 60's all enjoyed the house and it's amenities.

Alex was a great Host!!
The property was perfect, we had deer come up to the backyard. The spa and game room was awesome for the kids and gave the adults space to hang and enjoy the night upstairs with spacious seating.

The house was perfect for a spring break ski trip with 3 families. The property was clean and well appointed. The kids loved all the games. Owner was lightning fast with responses and eager to help. Everyone loved the hot tub and the fire pit. Location to the water park AND JFBB was great!

Family Ski Trip
This property was perfect for our Family Ski Trip over MLK weekend. It had plenty of space for the 10 of us and the game room was a hit! The location is close to both Big Boulder and Jack Frost and to H2oohh water park. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the space and location! Alex the host was very helpful. All ages enjoyed our get away!

This house was the perfect layout for our group of 15. We had 3 families with 9 young adults ranging from 15 to 22 and everyone had a great time! We are already talking about planning or trip for next year and extending it by a day or two. the house was in a great location for skiing and hiking.

Great bachelor party for my brother
We stayed here as a place to enjoy and go out to events we had lined up for a long weekend. Plenty of room for all 12 of us and then a few more if we needed it. Having the game area downstairs was great, and we would up not going out one day since we were having such a great time at the house! I’d recommend this house and the property manager was easily accessible and helpful.
