I recently returned to Depe Dene after a long time, and I was blown away by the improvements under the new ownership! Our stay was fantastic, with breathtaking views and a welcoming atmosphere. My family and I loved it so much, we even spoke to the front desk upon departure about booking in advance for the same time next year! Can’t wait to go back!

The views are absolutely stunning, and the vibe is super chill. Our room was very cozy —perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. I would definitely recommend Depe Dene if you’re looking for a laid-back getaway with breathtaking scenery and lots to do! We enjoyed playing pickleball in the morning and fishing off their docks. Can’t wait to go back!

Me and my friends had a terrible experience there. Air conditioning smelled like never was cleaned. Our parking spot was taken by only God knows who and we had to deal with it, go to bed very late and were not even given an apology for the inconvenience nor any partial refund for something we paid for but had to leave the car for one night somewhere else because our spot was taken. Staff was rude except the nice Romanian guys that helped us with the parking situation, rest of the staff was rude, especially the girl at the front desk office that was very condescending with her tone. Our next door neighbors came into our room by mistake, that was outrageous plus then they were not minding their own business and paying attention to our conversations and making racist comments about us since we are not born in the States. Will never come back here nor do I recommend the place. Expensive and trashy

The view was spectacular and the grounds were nicely kept. The actual blogs and furnishings are extremely in need of updating. The beds and linings were lovely and comfy. The kitchen is severely under equipped. In a unit that could have accommodated 6 , there was one 10 inch frypan and a one quart. There were no bowls to serve, eg salad. Had to use the frypan. John the maintenance man was very helpful. The size of the unit was comfortable.

We didnt plan to stay more than one night here but loved the reaort so much we booked two additional nights. Staff were friendly and accomodating, rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. The location was beautiful with views of the lake and easily accessible to many of the local attractions we visited. Would definitely recommend to friends & family and will stay again if ever back in the area.

Our first night we booked a small 2 bedroom cottage and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and comfort provided. The beds are super comfy, other furnishings were well maintained & worked great. The small porch area was quaint and short walk to the lake. Our 2nd night we moved to a room with a view of the lake and it also is very clean and comfortable. Staff have been wonderful and weve enjoyed our stay so much, we booked 2 more nights here. The only slight negatives were the shower's hot & cold is hooked up backwards in the cottage we were in and there is a loose board on the deck overlooking the lake as soon as you step out our room's door. Definitely not deal breakers for this beautiful place.

This property right on Lake George has seen better days, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. I would not recommend it for anybody with mobility issues, as it was rather difficult to get from the area that we parked to the actual room. The views were lovely, and it was a nice place to stay for one night on our road trip.

Great place for a stopover. Super friendly and organized checkin. Our motel style room overlooking the lake had a big deck and wonderful view. Nice setting too.

We had a good and short stay. We were happy with the place, our bed was comportable, and the lake view was amazing. We didn’t have the best night sleep due to the guests in the chalet connect to ours were noisy and up late. The walls seem to be very thin. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

We went on a weekend family trip, absolutely loved how private cozy and safe the resort felt. We were up late at night on the beach deck enjoying the sky full of stars. We were also up at dawn to watch a beautiful sunrise sitting on the boat dock.

Sticky floor and table .Flies…Flies….Flies! Would have liked more attention to overall appeal. Clean beds and roomy but upgrade on visuals needed. Clean entrance and overall attention to maintenance. Security issues: no bolt locks on doors. All windows difficult to lock. A little far from downtown and longer to outlets. Sorry but enjoyed our stay nevertheless!
