"We booked this property for our anniversary (to visit Questacon) and were disappointed. We booked it specifically because it had a hot tub and wifi. I spoke to the owner who didn’t mention anything about these. When we arrived, the wifi had been turned off and the hot tub was out of order. Although the owner was not responsible for the hot tub, it had obviously been closed for a while and we weren’t told and given the chance to cancel. It was just an apartment. Just wasn't supplied with an actual address of the property upon arrival to Canberra had to nut it out & couldn't locate our numbered car park easily but overall nice room .building a bit smelly in the hallway. "Would highly recommend a stay in this well appointed unit and would stay again. Quiet and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lounge is rather tired and not the most comfortable. This is the only negative thing we would comment on. Parking is easy. The communication to enter the unit was not good. We were repeatedly told to watch the U Tube video but not given the No. of the apartment. Once sorted all was fine. Great shower and well appointed kitchen. Convenient to great restaurants...

"The property is nice and modern and well-styled. However, the key problem for us was the adjacent construction site, which we were not told about. We were woken early by machines and beeping each day and the balcony was covered in dust. Also the unit needed a good maintenance check, as when we arrived there were a number of advertised items missing and a broken dining table and chair. "
