Our Newly Modernized Lake Geneva ground-level villa sits on the shore of Lake Como, offering its own marina, pool & tennis court. Our lake home provides a peaceful getaway without sacrificing the ability to enjoy Lake Geneva's downtown experience just a few miles away. This very relaxing condo features a fully functional galley kitchen, large living room with a pullout bed in the couch, a dining area, 1 king bed & 1 Queen size bed, 2 Full baths & A walkout patio to Lake Como. You can cook in, with the glass top electric range or outdoor electric grill, or eat out at one of the many fine restaurants in the area.

Located just a short drive from downtown Lake Geneva where you can spend a day out on the lake, shopping in the unique shops in town or grabbing a bite to eat. Be sure to take a tour on the lake or try the new Canopy Tours offered just north of Lake Geneva. Geneva National golf course is nearby for all of your golfing adventures.

Weekend Ladies Getaway
Our group of six loved the weekend stay, even though it rained Saturday, we still enjoyed the condo and its view of the lake. Walked down to Mars Restaurant for a fun time around the piano bar. We would love to stay here again next time we come up. Condo was clean, check in and out easy , owners are great and the location is fabulous. Thanks, Jacki for a great weekend at your place!

Even though our trip was super short, with just one overnight, we really enjoyed this lovely rental. I’ve been in others and you can tell the owners take good care in thinking of what is needed to make a stay perfect! Communication was excellent and the unit was very clean and cozy. Relaxing Getaway but Close to Everything
This condo property is perfectly located to enjoy all the activities of the Walworth County area, be as busy as you want to be, and then retreat back to the serenity of this waterfront refuge. The view from the couch is wonderful! We stayed in October at the peak of fall color season, so the bluff across the lake was gorgeous! It's a short drive into downtown Lake Geneva, but walking distance (weather permitting) to good eats at The Getaway Restaurant (french batter pancakes!) or Mars Resort (ribs and fried chicken). And literally just steps from the patio to the lake, with nothing in between to block your view!

July 4th review
Had a great time at this property. Best part was not realizing that we would get a 4th of July firework show every night over the lake. That part was great. They didn’t have basic toiletry amenities available which is what I am used to but was a great time to reconnect with family. Thank you Jacki for your responsiveness!!

Girl Weekend
We planned go to Lake Geneva for a craft fair on Saturday so we booked just for Saturday. But in True Wisc form a snow storm was rolling in Friday into Saturday. Sent a quick message asking is we could get in early to beat the storm and Jacki was super accommodating of our last minute change. The place was clean and it had everything we needed. The Master Shower was to die for. All 5 of us (individually) used that shower. Beautiful view of the lake...would LOVE to rent again in summer.

Loved the location. Beautiful location on the water. There was a Japanese beetle infestation. We started out with no broom or vacuum to help capture/clean them off the ceiling/floor/walls. Owner sent someone with a vacuum. It was freezing in the condo upon arrival. The warmer we the place got the more beetles appeard. My reservations were several weeks in advance. They could have warmed and cleaned up bugs before we arrived. The beds are hard as rock. Master bed had hard noisy plastic on the bed. The master bedroom door does not close. INCONVENIENT! The tv should be replaced as it has a large stripe in the middle of the screen. Porch area was dirty and looked like no one keeps up with the outside. OR inside for that matter. Surface clean. 3 stars.

Disappointed
I was pretty disappointed at the lack of cleanliness of the place, especially for the price. We found a few things immediately and felt like we had to notify the owner so we weren't held responsible. Then as time went on more and more things came up. The front of the freezer door was broken, went to open a cabinet and the top of the micro fell off, a huge tear in the screen door, and there was a dog footprint on the TV and a nasty smear, almost like a smiley face under it (someone had to have intentionally done this). The lights were a pain to figure out as well. Also, we felt like we couldnt enjoy the porch at all bc it was covered in cobwebs. Jackie was responsive and let us check in early, so that was nice. It got the job done, we had a place to stay, but kind of a bummer, especially for the price we paid. It has great potential, just seems like it needs more attention and a better cleaning crew.

Dirty!
The place was gross!! For one night the cost was well over $600!!! We couldn’t shower bc the showers we so dirty and the water was orange. The walls had nasty crap smeared on it. The floors, ceilings, furniture were all gross. The kitchen counters, silverware and cabinets has crap all over it. A ton of dust, cobwebs all over and bugs!!! The place was horrible. I can’t believe what we paid for one night and after I took a ton of pictures and talked to the owner. They only refunded $100. Which is crap. I never got to shower before going out that night and to top it off we woke up the next morning freezing bc we had no power. Which meant no heat!!!!! The electrical box didn’t even have a cover on it in a closet that was packed with crap. Worst stay EVER! I rent a lot of homes and this was by far my worst experience! Oh and the beds were horrible. Total waste of $660

Our frustating experience
Do not rent from this negligent owner, Jackie. She is charging us $500 by making a false claim we broke her microwave and tampered with closet items. The following items were broken in the 50 year old condo upon our arrival - microwave face plate above the unit; window handles; garbage disposal and bedroom window shades. Jackie is negligent as an owner by not addressing the wear and tear on her old condo and is trying to put the blame on us by extorting money. She told us the pool was available and upon arrival we found it under construction. The microwave was in working condition as the face plate above it fell off and my husband fixed it for her. We did not tamper with any closet items other than use the patio seat cushions. A smart owner locks any closets with signage - this is not the case with Jackie. There was a huge wasp nest inside her patio umbrella that we removed and we continued to experience many wasps after the fact. Both the storm and screen doors were very difficult to open to get fresh air. I don't believe she has ever cleaned her windows, screens and outdoor furniture as they were all very dirty. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience compounding by the fact that Jackie is falsely blaming us for her blatant property negligence. Stay away from this place.

Wonderful location to visit this beautiful lake town
Very quiet and pleasant Villa Community on the lake. No loose dogs, late night disturbances or too early morning loud boat activity. Pretty sunsets each evening too!
