This place is top quality. My only concern was that i was expecting a room in the lodge with dining facilities in/near the building. However, my room was in a cottage and needed to drive for dinner.

My teenage daughter and I loved our room, and how nice and beautiful it was. However, it was very hard navigating the property, locating our area that we were to stay, and I didn’t like the gate entry. Every time we were entering in back to our stay area on the property, there was always an issue at the gate. We had to keep explaining that we were guests at the property each time. It was rediculous, when they weren’t doing anyone else like that. It was racist if you ask me. I won’t be staying at this property again. Too much of an inconvenience. Never had this problem ever, at the other properties I’ve stayed at in Lake Geneva.

We were pleasantly surprised how wonderful Geneva National was. We typically stay at Grand Geneva and we may have to continue with Geneva National. You do have to drive to any restaurants as it is not connected as other resorts, but not a big deal. Our room was beautiful with a great view of Lake Como. It was very cozy. The only negative with the room is that there were multiple dead bugs on the ground which was a bit off putting. Overall we would return.
