"The front desk lady was extremely rude to the basketball parents and wrestling parents during a tournament that was going on that weekend. Parents were gathered in the lobby and socializing nicely. Some kids (not associated with either parties) were running up and down the halls being loud and the desk attendant yelled at all the parents. We all verified it was not our children and she ended up calling the police. We then decided to just go to our room because we didn’t want to deal with her...

"Not too clean"

"We were promptly greeted, and allowed to check in early. The room was clean and apparently newly updated. The common areas also appeared to be clean and updated. Unfortunately the hot tub was having mechanical issues, but it looked like people were enjoying the indoor pool. The beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly."
