The front desk staff were very nice. I don’t like that if you’re staying less than 3 days your room doesn’t get cleaned and you have to go get your own clean towels. In addition, this hotel must be experiencing hot water heater issues as it took well over 10 minutes for the shower to run just to get warm water.

Not Clean! The bathroom had hair from the previous guest on the floor along with the dirt, and dust that just lives on the floor. The sink faucets were not clean either. Breakfast ended at 9:30. That is very early! I got in late from traveling so it served it's purpose. I needed a place to sleep for the night..

Property was great. The problem I had was you list there is a shuttle service to the casino. There is not, we had to Uber. This hotel showed a shuttle service (I have the screenshot) and was about $40 more expensive than the others. We stayed here because of the shuttle and were very disappointed when we found out there is indeed not a shuttle. Please update your website.

Hotel is clean, great location from the Casinos. The people working there were all friendly. The room was clean, BUT, the rooms/suites are laid out SO ODD. The TV is not by or close to either bed, nor is it close to the living room area. The toilet is a room by itself and RIGHT IN FRONT OF ONE OF THE BEDS, so awkward, with a tiny sink, rest of the bathroom is in front of the other bed. Couldn’t watch TV, bathroom situation was weird. The beds are SO UNCOMFORTABLE! Hard as a rock, bright of us slept well AT ALL. We would not stay there again, and that is unfortunate, due to the TV situation and bathroom situation and the beds!
