I actually checked in at four thirty and was gone by five pm this hotel was horrible it smelled of mildew there was a big hole in the wall the bathroom tub was dirty this was definitely my worst experience at a hotel I spoke with a lady named April and she said have the third party who I booked through to call them so I could get my refund back . I would definitely take this hotel off your list it’s terrible

Mildewy smell when you walk in, first room had mold/mildew in shower. Second room AC didn’t cool so it was warm and muggy all night. Switched hotels to one closer to the casinos.

Property and rooms smells very bad, according to the front desk all rooms views to neighbors and the are no private shads, we made our reservation through Expedia yet at the checkout the front desk urgue with us and the manager was urgant arrogant to provide a proof of refunds. We will not go there again.

There was a whoke in the ceiling that was stuffed with paper towels. Like a light fixture or alarm should go there. The smoke dector had an area of soot around it, like it had some electrical problems.

Was not a quiet stay. There was a large family staying in multiple rooms and they had several very loud arguments which went into the hall and disrupted my sleep between 2-4. Called front seat, phone just rang and rang. No answer. Went to lobby and no one there.

The first thing I noticed was their posted check out time was conflicting with what was advertised when we decided on the stay there. Our info through Expedia was a “NOON” check out time. The posted time at the front desk was 11am. When I pointed this out the front desk attendant just shrugged. (This was the second thing I noticed/did not offer to honor the check out time we THOUGHT we had signed up for) Then once in the room the freezer portion of our mini fridge looked like it had been used for something dirty. There was something dirty mixed in with the layer of ice. Mold maybe, or perhaps someone who did not want to follow the no smoking rule using it as an ash tray. Other than these things, it was an average stay at best.
