3 bed, 2 bath, centrally located near I-210, Casinos & Downtown. Business center w/ computer, printer, office supplies available for your use. Newly renovated from hurricane damage with all new flooring, cabinetry, walls, furniture, etc. Pet friendly! Fenced in dog yard, XL dog house & dog bed for inside ($125 pet fee). Comfortably accommodates 6 guests, but can accommodate up to 10 guests as there are 2 separate living areas that can be used for sleeping with 2 Queen size air mattresses.

Clean and Spacious Home

Our family stayed at Penny's home during our stay in Lake Charles. This is by far the most tastefully decorated, clean, and well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at! It truly felt like staying in a close relatives home. It had everything we needed and so much more. It was within minutes of everywhere we weanted to go. Definitely recommend!

Great stay

We were very impressed and felt at home during our visit. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully furnished with the essentials and the living space was very open and comfortable. I'm pretty sure we'll be staying here again!

Everything that they advertised that this home had was absolutely correct. They have everything that you could possibly need. They were so helpful with any questions that I had and I would definitely stay here over and over and over again when I’m in Lake Charles..

Our trip to Lake Charles

Excellent property!

A group of 6 adults stayed 4 days Oct 2022 for some casino hopping and Clay Walker concert. This home is centrally located to everything and had plenty of room and was very clean.....toiletry items, beds very comfy, snacks and breakfast for one morning. Met all of our needs/wants. Lots of games inside and outside. Perfect vacation home! Thank you Penny! We will be back!

Visit to family member in a local assisted living facility which was close to this property.

This home had everything covered from snacks to pet goodie bags wonderful choice of breakfast, anything else you could possibly have forgot to a bring. A fenced in yard for animals ,very close to all dining facilities in local area of Lake Charles.The home was spotless clean actually beautiful inside we had a great stay ,restful two nights of much needed sleep prior to our drive back to Alabama. We look forward to our next visit at this home, thank you Penny for all your help.You take great pride in your home it shows.

Penny is an excellent host

Penny was quick to respond, readily available for any questions. The property is absolutely comfortable and cozy. We immediately felt at home. When using VRBO or other sites to rent a spot, there are always included fees. You felt treated well and the complimentary breakfast items and snacks make the worry of fees suddenly disappear. I use this site often to rent and this included was a first for me. I would highly recommend the rental for any needs, it has plenty of room for a group to relax and sleep. The location is excellent, as it was very close to anything we wanted to do or see. 10/10 highly recommend!
