I booked the hotel believing that I will be charged $102 for one night yet I was charged $152. I am so disappointed at hotels.com for not warning me that there will be additional fees instead of burying that info in the fine prints. I feel so stupid trusting hotels.com.

The best things about this place are that it's quiet and close to Arrowhead Lake. I would definitely stay here again. It's also nice to have a pool and hot tub all to yourself as they are usually few other guests here. If you're expecting a 4-star hotel experience, this is not the place for you. It's dated, but that keeps it charming (for me, at least). You definitely feel like you've traveled back to the 1980s, and these days, that's a good thing!

The location was perfect. The shower didn't drain very fast, floor of the shower was very slippery. (so much so my mom was unable to shower). Shower water pressure was almost nonexistent.

Need updates, no worth the $$!
Cabins need an update! Bathroom floor was broken, toilet was barely working clogging every time, front door was not closing properly and a lot of freezing air was coming in. Not worth what you are paying. The staff was nice and help us to recover something we forgot in the room.

Honestly, the worst part about this place was the beds. My partner and I payed 150 dollars to stay in their tiniest cabin with two twin beds, and the mattresses were so ancient, they creaked and croaked with every movement. no matter how slight. They must have been 40 years old, at least. Even breathing too hard made them creak. Neither of us slept--not even an hour--because of it. We both got up the next morning feeling like we'd been hit by a bus...back problems, neck problems, stiff joints, muscle aches and pains. It nearly ruined our entire weekend. I wouldn't come back to this ranch if you payed me. Save yourself the pain (literally) and go someplace with modern mattresses.

So, I have had one of the best times of my life here!! I only stayed for one night, we were there for the snow! Which I didnt have to travel anywhere to find! I was surrounded in snow and all we had to do was step outside and find a spot to snow board and sled! So, I stayed in a small cabin with 4 twin beds..not bunk beds. And it was perfect for my family, since we were outside mostly. If I had to stay again, which i gladly will, I would bring my own pillow and blanket and towels. The heater worked great and it even had a small fridge..so that was a plus! The front desk lady was superb!! Many thanks!!

Location is amazing! Very close to Lake Arrowhead Village. Grounds are beautiful! Very spacious with lots to explore. We stayed in the two bedroom condo which was perfect for our family. Very clean and had a kitchenette which was an added bonus. We loved the fireplace and the heater worked well. Furnishings could use an upgrade - very outdated and uncomfortable.
