Our home is a 2 bedroom chalet with a large loft w/2 beds and 2 full bathrooms in Wallenpaupack Lake Estates, and it is only available at certain times of the year.WLE is a Wonderful Community Nestled in the Pocono Mountains. At the Heart of the Central Pocono Mountains, we are the central area for Family Fun!

The chalet will be yours to use, and all open amenities will be available during your stay.

Easy self-check-in anytime after 3:00 p.m. Don't worry...car tags will be available at the WLE office before 4:30 pm or the next day.

We love our 2 bedroom Cozy Chalet, which we call "Bali's Cottage" and know you will too.

WLE is a private community with 24-hour security. Amenities include Rockledge Pool, Beaver Pool, and Deer Beach (seasonal). A family clubhouse, skate park, two heated outdoor pools, one with a water slide (which is walkable-Rockledge Pool w/snack bar), a Heated indoor pool w/sauna (seasonal), picnic areas, two beaches, marina, volleyball, tennis courts (need to be reserved in advance at the main office), playground, swim docks, baseball field, basketball, gym and so much more including community events on weekends. Feel free to bring your water toys, which you can launch at the public boat launch nearby. There are so many endless activities you can do in the local area. Parking is available through the owner; contact us for details.

Renters must be 28 or older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. We require photocopies of driver's licenses to ensure compliance with this rule. There is NO smoking in the house. NO pets are allowed. Since this home is located in a secured, private community, a rental application will be required and emailed to you. This application must be completed and signed and include all of your guests' names, ages, addresses, and relationships. This application must be completed within 72 hours of your arrival, or the community will issue a $100 late fee for which you will be responsible. You may be, at most, the maximum number of people as indicated in this listing. You will need to check in at the main office at WLE for car passes upon your arrival (or the following day). The community is very strict on its rules and regulations, especially having all vehicles registered and passes displayed appropriately. The fines for violations are steep and will be your responsibility if any are issued during your stay.

WLE Amenities for Summer Renters: WLF offers terrific amenities, and most operating hours can be found on its website. Different months of the year affect the availability of many amenities. All amenities require badges, which will be provided to renters. Several lakes in our community require a valid fishing license.

*Paper Products- We stock the house with a starter roll of paper towels and several rolls of toilet paper. We strongly suggest planning to bring extra for your stay.
*We stock basic supplies such as glass, all-purpose cleaners, and trash bags.

*We do not supply firewood or duraflame logs.
*We do not have a golf cart for use.
