"We received top tier customer service!!!! In a society where customer service has declined I must say Best Western has the best representation via Jessie and Ed...outstanding!!! Our room was nice, clean, very quiet and relaxing. Was so surprised to see so many people at breakfast (great food hostesses as well) because there were no disturbances on a Friday night!"
