Relax with the whole family at this peaceful house in Lake Ann, Michigan. Lake Ann is a quiet, family friendly town just 15 minutes outside of Traverse City! Downtown Lake Ann has an amazing restaurant, brewery with live music, ice cream shop, and park for the kids. Enjoy the best of both worlds, the house is located halfway between Crystal Mountain for all your winter sports fun, and Traverse City to enjoy your evenings out on the town. The house has an open concept Kitchen, Dining, Living room area perfect for spending time together. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located upstairs and 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom downstairs. Awesome Place to Stay! Felt Like Home!
Loved Sarah’s home! It was exactly what we needed for our family. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the location is perfect with a short drive into Traverse City. Lake Ann is an adorable town with a fantastic brewery just a few blocks away! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.

Great House for family
We enjoyed our stay and did not give it 5 stars overall because the table had only 4 chairs. Our family is 6. My daughter said "I think they actually stay here because it has the things we need." We enjoyed the quiet outdoor space to sit with morning coffee.

This was a great stay with four adults and two young children. Plenty of room for everybody in this newly remodeled home. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of games and toys for the kids and very clean. Would recommend.

The perfect home base for our explorations
Comfortable, super clean home had everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect location for us to explore Traverse City, wine country Sutton’s Bay, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leeland, catch a fun concert at the gorgeous Interlochen venue and get ice cream in Lake Ann. Sarah was very helpful with local tips and super responsive. We would definitely stay here again and plan to return!

Excellent spot for family to stay for Bayshore Marathon
Sarah was very accommodating and has a great place to stay. The house is only a short drive from Traverse City and made for the perfect spot for our family to stay for the Bayshore Marathon. Our kids were thrilled to find a nice collection of toys to play with in our free moments. Highly recommend this spot for a family but would also be perfect for a girls' trip or adult weekend away!

Great Stay
The property was the perfect launching pad for our TC weekend. The outside lawn and property are nice but could use some improvement. The inside totally made up for it though. It was clean, had great amenities, and was cozy. The owner was prompt and great in her communications and even left us a welcome gift. I’d stay here again.

We had a wonderful mini vacay in Lake Ann. The house was just as advertised. I rediscovered my love of Foosball. If I'm ever in the Traverse City area again, I would book this place in a heartbeat!

Great Experience in Lake Ann!
My group and I had such a great time at Sarah's property for our girls trip/birthday weekend! The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed. It was clean and inviting and we all loved the decor. The location was great, only 15 minutes from Traverse City. Sarah was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and even left me a birthday card and gift which was so thoughtful! My family and I would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent house in a quiet setting. Clean, good layout and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Located in a quiet setting and short drives to Traverse City, Empire Beach, Sleeping Bear Dunes and Glen Arbor. House passed the Grandkids' test. Sarah was a great host. The property was accurately described. Sarah is an amazing host and thought of everything to make our stay an enjoyable one. She knew it was my daughter’s birthday and left a birthday card and gift welcoming us. Communication was excellent. A perfect location between downtown Traverse City and Lake Leelenau. I loved the layout, how clean it was, and the comfy beds. They supply a lot of little things you don't think about, like fans, toys for kids, and cozy blankets. The kids loved the foosball table! Lake Ann is a cute little town with a brew pub that host live music every nite. Stone Pizza and the Corner Cone, located next to the pub, both have great food. The location was great for us, only 15 to 30 minutes from all the activities we had planned. Overall this was one of my favorite vacation stays!

This was the best VRBO that i have stayed at. Sarah has everything you need to make your stsy enjoyable. She thinks of everything, even left a card with a little something for my birthday. I really csnt say enough about the house or our hostess.
