"Second time here & it is ideal in it's location to the town, restaurants, bars, etc. We love the apartments, the gardens & the restaurant. The only things that slightly let it down this year was the swimming pool was not heated - this in Winter is a big reason for going - and the apartment was a little tired. It needs sprucing up. But it was still lovely."

"Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk."

"Great location, close to bars, restaurants & a supermarket. Ideal base for exploring El Cotillo and its beaches. Studio apartment was large, with a comfortable king sized bed. Nice roof terrace with small pool and great views. Check in was via emails & key collected easily from a lock box. "

"As I've never been to Lanzarote booked a last minute flight wothout accommodation. My first experience of thisnisland was Palmeras Gardens. Tbf, it was the only place that was for under 100quid. I was greeted in Reception by the wonderful and charming Celia. She was really attentive, supporting and had a positive energy about her. "We booked a deluxe apartment, not sure what the difference is. The apartment was roomy, adequate kitchen for breakfasts and lunches no oven although microwave was a combi oven/microwave. Beds were comfy. Terrace/balcony was large with sunbeds, luckily we were in the sun most of the day. Bathroom had walkin shower with plenty of hot water although it did need some maintenance (grouting and sealant need replacing, mould on bottom of shower screen) Friendly helpful staff on reception. "Ok place good size rooms, close to town centre in Caleta. BUT the pictures are out of date, no shop area, a bar that closes at 3.30pm, and if you are not into aeroplanes, the hotel is right below the flight path to the airport a mile or so away so can be very noisy"

"Great 3* all inclusive, good value for what you pay. Brilliant team of entertainment staff really great for the kids. Good selection of food and again for a 3* it’s fine and what you’d expect, lots of variety and options throughout the day at the snack bar too. Rooms a bit basic and shower flooded each time we used it but the room on the whole was clean and hygienic. Comfy beds and pillows! "

"We had an enjoyable short stay in February. The location is absolutely perfect. Just off the main strip. Far enough away to have a quiet nights sleep, yet close enough for so many restaurants and shops. Apartments are clean & have everything you need. They are dated and old fashioned, but that didn’t bother us. The apartments are very spacious. The pool area looked nice. I would definitely recommend to others. Great value for money."
