"Jean and Catherine were wonderful hosts for our 3-night stay at this wonderful Chateau in the heart of the Beaujolais wine region. They went out of their way to answer all our questions and secure us dinner reservations and even arranged a wine tasting on-site for us. The countryside that the Chateau is situated is magnificent, and we went for many pleasurable walks. The Chateau itself is spectacular!! "Perfect for what we needed - an overnight stop en route to the mountains. Nice big table to eat dinner and small kitchenette to allow us to cook a decent meal. Only downside was that the bathroom didn’t have a fan so was a bit smelly after going to the toilet and the curtains were very thin, which didn’t give much privacy as we were on the ground floor. "
