",,Amazing Stay,, -Very good standard of the room loads of space, large bathroom, very good breakfast with loads of choices. Staff above and beyond very helpful. Cherry on the cake was that receptionist borrowed us umbrella on rainy day so we can walk around. More hotels should be like that. "

"Property was comfortable and in a safe area. We stayed over a week and room service never came to clean the room. I’m not sure if that’s something we have to pay extra for. Expedia lists this accommodation available for early checkin, but was not the case upon arrival. They have a strict checkin time. "The location and hotel itself is OK ( ... yep a bit pricey ...), food was OK, staf we fine. But the electric car charging was complete joke. Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. Just wondering if they really work (for austrian citizens) or if they are just a scam for tourists. They can do better in 2024."

"This hotel was incredibly comfortable. It is in the heart of the inner city, just a few paces from the Cathedral, and is very quiet. Rooms, breakfast, decor very nice. My flight was very delayed so I arrived not long before midnight but when I emailed from Frankfurt the staff were super helpful, and made arrangements so I could let myself in however late I arrived. Very nice welcome. Highly recommended"
