"Booked weeks ahead and requested adjacent rooms for family of four, never got them. Bad start. Dinner - 50mins wait, too long, food was good at least. Breakfast good but no bacon and decent coffee is extra. No fridge or milk for coffee/tea. Two tea bags per room for 3 nights. Big problems with hot water and power. Son very annoyed. And crook wifi. Great view of the Mt, friendly manager and staff, safe and secure. "

"The beds were great for sleeping, location and very quite. Nice hot water for showering. The restaurant food was great being vegetarian however, i feel there needs to be more ventilation as we could smell the non veg food while eating at the restaurant. Its not common to have the meaty smell all round the restaurant seating area. But overall great hotel"

"I've done many safaris throughout Kenya, but we've come back here several times. The accommodations are wonderful, but the staff are over the top amazing! They catered to us like a 6 star resort! This park has the most plentiful animals, and we had some absolutely amazing game drives!"

"This property is nothing like the description or photos on Expedia. When challenged at check in the properties management stated that the descriptions were those of Expedia not of their own!! This is a One Star property charging Four Star prices probably due to local demand! The rooms smelt musty and were not attractive at all. There was no separate seating area or dining area in the rooms as described. This is not a property that I would recommend to an international tourist. We turned around and walked straight out! I would rather have driven back to Nairobi than stay there."
