Not great at all. Should welcome you to Nine Tree not just say how can I help you. Also when checking out should say thank you for staying at Nine tree and love to see you next time and have safe travels. They look depressed actually. They are out first and last impressions. This is quite a big issue but would help considerably. The cleaning team brilliant and work hard twice I have stayed there. Laundry people great service also the hospitality team great. But from if house needs a lit of work in my opinion. "
