"We spend 2 nights (Friday - Sunday). Hotel is typically occupied Monday - Friday so there is nobody at the desk. You are given a code to retrieve keys to your room via email. I was asked for payment both at check in and check out, even though I had prepaid via Expedia before arriving at this hotel. 3.
