No coins needed, and detergent, softener provided It's a no-housekeeping arrangement, and no staff onsite.This wasn't problem for me, just make sure that it’s OK with you. "The apartment was furnished well and had everything one could need for a short stay. Unfortunately despite signs everywhere asking tenants not to smoke inside, the bedding was permeated with the smell of tobacco. Worse, the apartment had not been cleaned well, especially the bathroom. And no one wants to find other peoples' hairs in a supposedly clean and freshly made bed. "
