"The hotel experience was great. Guest services were professional and helpful The amenities were good. I will say that the concerns I had were with the faucet and piping in the bathroom. The piping looked to be constructed that was not flush against the wall. The other issue I had was with the carbon monoxide alarm which glowed green and interrupted my sleep during the evening. I adjusted and wore a sleep mask."

"First time staying in Philly and wasn’t sure what to expect. Pleasantly surprised! Everybody seemed very friendly and the staff at the hotel were very accommodating. Seamless check in and check out! Housekeeping was sweet as pie! Only thing that I wasn’t used to was paying to park. We stayed 2 nights and paid $40 a night to park ($80 total) however, the hotel rate was great and the convenience of not worrying about where to park the car the whole time made it worth it!
