"Loved the kangaroos. A pic of them posing was literally taken into consideration when looking for a place. As other reviews stated AC was in living room. Bedroom got hot when doors closed. Bathroom was good. Plenty of beds to choose. Kitchen was welcome though we didny get to use. We we disappointed we didnt get to stick around longer to enjoy the place and amenities."

"This property (with three rentals) is incredibly delightful. Each cottage is very separate with views looking in different directions which gave us a 100% feel of being the only ones there. The cottages have been beautifully built and furnished with everything you could need. We were there in the middle of winter. There was an open fire but you do need to run the reverse cycle all the time as well as the ceilings are high and a lof heat goes up there - but it's incredibly atmospheric. Electric...

"This brilliant cottage is set in an amazing natural bush area where you are not only greeted by a lovely sunset and sunrise but the local visitors are friendly and fun. The cabin itself is set over two levels with the upper level being for the bedrooms and bathroom with the lower level for a fantastic kitchen, living area and furnished balcony, complete with gas BBQ. "Lovely cabin, looked a little dated as all we could book at late notice was the economy option but everything worked as it should. Great location in the centre of Halls Gap with the canyon walls as a backdrop. So easy to reach restaurants & bars. Climbs through the rocks of varying difficulties.
