"We started with a 3rd floor room and requested to upgrade to 10th Floor room. The newly remodeled 10th floor is fantastic. The elevators are too small for rush of people so there can be a wait. The breakfast buffet is amazing and fot New Years Eve... it was even better than expected. Looking forward to another visit after the remodeling. Rock On."

"Exceptional service at the hotel! Was there for the NY period, due to the parties and celebrations, road closure made it very difficult to book a Grab around Pattaya, no fault of the hotel of cus. Everything else was fantastic!"

"I stayed for 18 nights over the Christmas and New Year period. The property has modern style rooms, mine was located on a high floor and had a balcony with a sea view. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good choice of food available at breakfast, which is a buffet style and also on the pool/restaurant menu. The pool can get busy early and you can struggle to get a sun lounger, however I am unsure if this was due to the time of year I stayed which is high season. Transportation is...

"Overall decent hotel. Breakfast is ok. Juice machine excluded, which was foamy and not sure why it wasn't replaced and cleaned. Bathroom design is not very good. Water draining is bad and the floor stay wet ofter you take a shower. All bathroom related amenities are outside the bathroom since there is no place to put them inside the bathroom even when its so big. Whater pressure is low and there isn't enough hot water even when its set to the max. Pool area is small and surrounded by 2 buildings...
