It was clean. The staff was pleasant. There was an unlocked room across the hallway from us.. it had the lock in the doorway. So it looked like it was being cleaned or something? It was a very noisy room. The door was never closed shut either for most of our stay.

Not the best experience overall but it was good. Way too overpriced. The daily breakfast buffet was the highlight of the experience. The area is safe and they have a on-site Luau. I had the top floor view of the ocean so it made it better.

Had a good experience at the Royal Lahaina. From the pools to the beach access to the ice cream shop, our family had a nice relaxing time.

We stayed in an oceanfront bungalow. The pictures online are beautiful but it’s even more so in person. The bungalows were recently renovated and it shows. It’s a very short walk to the beach and one of the pools. We were able to see a pair of whales from our window!! This resort has a trolly that takes you to Whalers Village.

The staff and customer service were outstanding. The location and view exceeded our expectations. Our room had an unpleasant stale/mildew smell everyday we did not enjoy coming back to otherwise it was a perfect experience.

This property has terrible customer service, their staff is rude, and they always harass you for tip. Their rooms smell terrible. We had to leave our windows open at all times. Their water stinks like sewage water. I would be careful to rinse my mouth using that water. Their restaurant's food is terrible, and would give it a 2/10. We wasted money staying this place, and wouldn't advise anybody else to stay there. Try near by hotels. Thank you!
