"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL VIA EXPEDIA. My sister and I needed a hotel to stay in for the night after our hair appointment (didn’t finish til 11pm). I booked a room at around 10pm. When we showed up to the hotel at about 11:15pm, the person at the front desk told me that they no longer work with Expedia and that they were full. "Well I have been here for two weeks now so far I had a great experience. Some of the staff were really nice especially the front desk they will always greet you. The property is kept clean housekeeping is there when you need them. The only problem I have is that the restaurant they have the food is not so good I ordered food there a couple of times and that was it for me I started to eat outside and the times I went there the staff in there were kinda of rude. But overall I have two more weeks...

"This hotel does not exist as at the moment. Beware of this place it's undergoing a renovation. I don't know why they keep posting availability of their rooms when they are not operating. I am yet to get a refund for the one night I paid for. "

"The property manager was so unprofessional. I told them i had a reservation through expedia, and i was told they could not find my reservation. I even asked to make a new one and they refuse, knowing that it was the middle of the night and i need somewhere to sleep after a long flight"
