"The home is lovely with lots of greenery out side. The location was near transportation services giving easy access to all the sights. The service was good, the interior was clean, our room was bright and roomy. A friendly, cheery, place to be."

"Installations was a little bit old, we could see some ants in the room. When we booked, it said there was a laundry service but finally it wasn't true but they still tried to accommodate us and did our laundry. The service was really good. For a 2 star hotel, it is really good but it was the same price as some 4 stars hotels."

"Nice Hotel, friendly folks, beautiful view of the ocean and the city. Very safe to walk. Clean The young lady that checked us in was very professional and she gave us lots of information and answered all our questions"

"We had such a great stay at Andrei and Helena house that we extend it for 2 more night. The house is really nice, super comfy bed, Andrei and Helena are always around if you need anything. The shared bathrooms are always clean. Thanks for the great stay! "

"It’s incredible how this property hasn’t fallen apart yet. Apart from the ow et, who is a nice lady, the rest is awful and definitely not worth the price. Walls seem to be made out of cardboard and you can hear everything, the 3 bathrooms look like they’ve been hit by a bomb during a war, the rooms smell like pee and the kitchen can. Arely fit one person with enough cutlery to make a bowl of pasta. There was no toilet paper at all in any of the 3 bathroom à during our 4-day stay nor any soap...

"Was relaxing walking distance to downtown Viña Del Mar, restaurants were great and not overly expensive. Outdoor pool had great setting but was a bit cold, indoor pool was warm and looked at outdoor pool. Staff was helpful and friendly, even if not all spoke English. I would definitely recommend the hotel, my kids loved it too. Olga did great job cleaning room and left us extra coffee and water. I drove here and valet parking was easy. "

"The Hotel Boutique 17 is a wonderful place. I cannot say enough good about it. The entire staff is great, from the front desk to the cleaning personel to the waiters at the restaurant. They are compitent and pleasant. The restaurant /bar has the best view in town and really good food. And the rooms are spacios, clean, and comfortable. I wish I had stayed there a month"

"The location of this hotel takes away your breathe. To open the windows at night and listening to the Pacific is sublime. The Spa is really wonderful. My only complaint is that the breakfast doesn't seem as good as it once was."
