NEW Furnishings Residence with POOL Great Backyard

Welcome to my gorgeous, newly renovated 2,300 sqft two-story home with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large backyard which features a covered patio, large pool and a heated spa option. This lovely home offers brand new modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, central AC/heating system, flat screen TV and high-speed internet.
The space:
Please read my property details listed below in full before you make a reservation.

This beautiful home is located in a quiet residential area with sensitive neighbors. So please respect them. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home.

- No loud music or parties outside after 10:00PM. The quiet time is from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police.
- No sleep over guests more than the number of guests in booking. No undisclosed guests are allowed. No additional visitors unless approved by host. A violation is a $10,000 fine.

+ No smoking is allowed inside the home. If happened, you will be charged $500.
+No use of illegal drugs.

PET:
We are pet friendly, we allow for up to 2 pets for a fee $150 per pet. Any loud barking at night, chewed-up carpets, and bite marks on any furniture will result in eviction and/or forfeiture of security deposit.

PARKING:
+2 car parking in the garage.
+2 vehicles in the driveway and there are more parking spaces along the street.
+RV/Boat parking available.

POOL/SPA
+The spa and pool lighting will automatically turn off at 10:00pm.
+Heating temperatures:
*No pool heating.
*Spa-100 degree max.
+Spa can be heated for an extra charge ( spa- $40/night). The spa can only be heated for 4 hours/day.
+The pool/ spa will be clean and sanitized once a week (Every Monday around 11:00am-1:00pm)

FIRE PIT
+There are a wood burning fire pits in the patio next to the pool (wood provided in the garage).

GARDEN SERVICE
+ Monday around 8:00am-12:00pm.

STREET SWEEPING:
+ Every Tuesday.

TRASH DAY:
+ Tuesday morning

SAFETY
+Please use the pool/spa safely and at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. By booking my property, you agreed to accept full liability and responsibility for any injuries you may receive when using the pool/spa.
+No diving allowed.

CAMERA
+We have video/audio surveillance around the property including the front, sides and back yard to monitor the property for security and access and to prevent unauthorized party or gathering. There’s no video monitoring inside the house.

TRASH CANS
+The trash cans area located on the left side of the house next to the garage.
+Please help us pull the trash cans out on Monday night.

***The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Other things to note
A keypad code will be provided to you prior to your stay. The keypad is an active code during your entire stay and deactivate at your check-out time.
