"Not all the rooms, including ours, have excellent views of the ocean. The photos in the listing give the impression that ocean views are the norm, not the exception. Any room on the 3rd floor or below has a building that effectively blocks most of the ocean view. Our room did have a partial ocean view and, for the most part, was very nice. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. "

"The food was horrible, the towels were stained, and the curtains in the bedroom had holes in them. It's a worn down hotel with bad food so you end up eating out rather than using the all inclusive. "

"Everything is almost perfect. Location, staff, swimming pool, sauna is a little cool for a sauna. Will highly recommend staying in this hotel. A lot of excellent sites in a walking distance, excellent neighborhood. However, I have an important recommendation. I stayed four nights. "We stayed 3 nights from 23 to 26 Jul 2015. Our welcome was not the most friendly - however i noted that new staff were in training so that may have contributed. With more interaction i noted the mature members of staff were very pleasant and helpful.
