A completely serene and creative space. Casa Lagunita is just a 5 minute walk to Diver's Cove, one Laguna's most famous beaches. Leave your car parked on-site and stroll the along cliffs of the world-famous Heisler Park to Down Town Laguna Beach where you'll find art galleries, restaurants and boutiques. Take the free trolly back to the bottom of our street and enjoy barbecuing on your private balcony while starring at ocean views with Catalina and San Clemente Island on the horizon!

Laguna Beach get away
We were very pleased with the two bedroom and two bath property. There was just the right amount of living space and a great kitchen for two couples to share. The view is lovely from the balcony.

Bachelorette Weekend
This property offered a great stay for a small bachelorette party. The bride wanted a relaxing beach-vibe, and this property offered that. There were two bedrooms and a pullout sofa, which offered plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen was stocked with dishes we needed, and it was walking distance to the beach and several dining locations.

Great rental in Laguna, just north of Laguna Canyon Rd and with a beautiful view of the ocean. Stayed with 2 girlfriends and the place was clean and comfy. Communication with the property manager was terrific. We used a parking spot just behind the garage and one on the street, and it wasn't an issue at all. We'd return!

Cute and clean!! Very friendly and responsive owners. Access to main beach and surrounding areas is great!! The balcony views are awesome. I will definitely return to this place to stay for any future visits to Laguna or Newport.

Great beach stay
This property was a great affordable find in laguna! Great space for myself, my husband, toddler and sister and brother in law. The location was lovely, just outside the hectic-ness of downtown but so easy and quick to access it as well. Having a single parking spot was a great bonus in this area too. Love the balcony with ocean view!

What a wonderful property! My husband and I stayed with friends. Everything was as pictured and very clean. The beds and furniture were quite comfortable. The view was lovely. There is a grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants, and beaches all within walking distance. Chase responded quickly and solved the one tiny problem easily.

Perfect Laguna Beach Location
Casa Lagunita was an excellent pick for our yearly getaway. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or downtown to shop. The free trolley stop is close by. This made it easy for us when we wanted to take a break from walking. The house was spotless and exactly as described. The host was friendly and suggested activities for us before we even arrived. I highly recommend staying here especially if you are planning to attend the Sawdust Festival or the Pageant of the Masters.

Wonderful house for a family visit to Laguna: constant ocean breezes (AC if ever needed), sunset views on the deck (or in the house), considerable open space from living room to kitchen (and in kitchen), nice spot to invite local family for wine and light bites/dinner, very comfortable king bed and easy to use trundle bed, quick and easy access to Laguna/beach/grocery store/Arts festival (shuttle) etc..yet in quiet and private house, and very helpful and accommodating host! We hope to return and stay longer.

Our casita was very clean. The views are beautiful. We walked all over the area. Parking is okay but if you have an extra car you have to park up the hill. As you walk into the house, You have to either climb down a few stairs or go up a few stairs. The house is bright and sunny . If We are ever back in the area, We would stay there again!

Great views off the back deck. Close to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and beach. Only negatives are that although it has sleeping for 6, there is only 2 real bedrooms. A sofa/sleeper in the living room does not count as a bedroom, as there is no privacy, closet etc. Some of the furniture could be updated especially the outdoor grill and some furniture. Parking is problematic as it is a narrow one way street, with sideways parking right next to the front of the garage door.

Laguna Beach Livin'
If you want to live like a local (without having millions of dollars) you are in the right spot. An awesome apartment in the middle of a spectacular neighborhood with the ultimate perks. The first, a 5 minute walk to the beach, or the Heisler beach walk, which must be done. Its incredible. Second, a five minute walk the other way to a trailhead of a great mountain hike! (how is that possible). Third, a five minute drive to Crystal Cove for even more ridiculous hikes. Finally, a ten minute walk to downtown Laguna Beach. Oh yes, and don't forget the amazing views of the beach and mansion covered hillsides from the porch. And, a final dash of a super-nice owner and nice touches throughout the apartment. In sum, we liked it.

Great location, good house but not right for us
The location of this house could not be better. Truly the best. 2 blocks from the best beaches. Walkable to main part of town. The view is lovely. The house though was not really very comfortable to stay in for us (2 adults, 1 teen girl and 1 teen boy). To start, this is not a 3 bedroom. The listing is confusing. There are 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the main living room. There was not a trundle bed that we could find in the upstairs bedroom. When the couch is pulled out there is literally no room to use the rest of the living space. The beds were not comfortable. Lastly, there is just too much furniture and decorations in this home. It makes it feel smaller and less usable. There is 1 entire wall decorated with crosses. They are very pretty. But it may be off putting for people who are not Christian. For the price in Laguna Beach this is a very good option. But just check bed situation carefully.

Great Location - Property Needs Updating.
The location is great as is the back deck and view. The owner was available and responsive. The unit is in need of updates and the current sleeping arrangements can really only accommodate two adults comfortably. There is a nice "master" bedroom suite. However, other sleeping arrangements are not workable for 4 adults and a toddler (bed in a cramped bedroom space advertised as sleeping two or making into a king bed was extremely uncomfortable, and so was the pull out bed in the living room couch (basically box springs). The owner provided a foam mattress top but it didn't really help the situation. The upstairs bathroom needs an intense cleaning and/or renovation. There was grime, mold and rust in the glass shower door and in other places. The dishwasher is not actually installed into the cabinet and falls out when trying to use it. It doesn't dry the dishes properly and isn't clean. The stairs are steep and slick and can be tricky entering or leaving the property for young children, pets & older guests.
