Great family spot
It was a very conevenient location. The hotel is clean, room is big enough for a family of three, and the hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Make sure cc is not over charged.
Even though my room was pre paid the hotel clerk charged my card for room costs. Im on a very tight travel budget so paying double price for room until credited back (5 to 7 days) is really messed up. So irresponsible and wreckless of hotel to over charge. I even told her twice, before she ran card that room was pre paid. Told me just going to run for incidentals. I said 20, right? She said yes. The card was chatged 165. 00

The property was beautiful inside but the room was lacking. The walls had many soft spots and bubbles fro mwhat i assume was the mold and water damage. You could tell that they tried to paint over and wall paper poorly over trouble spots. In the morning qnts were swarming from behind the mirror. I did not expect that from the location or the price of the room.

Among Laguna Beach hotels, the exterior looks good, but the interior facilities need to be updated. Looking into the back of the bathroom door, the most urgent need for repairs among up-to-date hotels

I booked through hotels.com 30 days in advance and arrived early in Thanksgiving Day….. They said they only had 2 rooms with double beds….one had strong odors so they gave us the other one at the end of a dark hallway with very little light. Disappointing!

Hotel badly needs updating. Charges daily for parking. Took full amount TWICE from my credit card & did not return until several days after we left, leaving me short for next hotel on our tour!! Not efficient.

The property is not clean. Stains on rugs desperately in need of upgrade. Worry less about things that don’t matter, like masks in the lobby, and more about those that do, like condition of room.

This hotel is all about the location. The rooms are very small and the hotel is out of date and needs a remodel. It is within walking distance of everything, and that is the best part. The pool was nice.
