Villa Alegria A Traditional Portuguese Villa

This beautiful traditional 4 bedroom villa is located in the urbanization "Colinas Verdes"; the Green Hills and describes perfectly its location.
The villa is located just 9,2 km (5,75mi) from the touristic coastal town of Lagos. This comfortable villa, has a private kidney shaped 10m pool and 2,000 sqm mediterranean style garden. The villa has something for everyone to enjoy a perfect and peaceful holiday.

HOUSE RULES
We do not allow parties & events. Our definition of a party is: loud music/music systems, screaming, yelling, noise & excessive alcohol consumption. We also have a no smoking policy inside the house.
A noise reduction is required after 22:00 (quiet hours)
We do not allow pets.

AIR CONDITIONING & FANS (Cooling & Heating)
In the middle of march 2021 a brand new & state of the art Daikin air conditioning system has been installed. All the bedrooms, the dining & living room are now equipped with an air conditioning system that can provide both heating & cooling as preferred. During your stay in the warmer months of the year the villa is also equipped with four fan's.

POOL & GARDEN
A 10m kidney shaped private pool surrounded by a 2000 sqm mediterranean garden. There are six sun-lounger plus covers by the pool. The pool and garden lights automatically switch on and off.

ENCLOSED FIREPLACE
The villa is equipped with an enclosed fireplace. We provide one basket of wood which you can use free of charge. Extra wood can either be bought in the supermarkets or in bulk/wholesale via a supplier which the host can bring you in contact with.

BASIC SUPPLIES
We provide some basic supplies which you can use free of charge. We do not replenish these supplies during your stay and they are meant to facilitate you upon your arrival.

STAFF & SERVICES
The garden & pool maintenance is done on tuesday & friday mornings. We provide free extra cleaning one time per week for guests who stay for 14 days or longer.

Ideal for local walks in the peace and quiet of nature. To maintain the tranquillity of the neighbourhood we do not allow parties (loud noise).
