Our ground floor, sunny apartment is large, pleasant, bright and airy. It has an open plan living room and dining area. Patio doors lead onto a good sized south facing terrace with BBQ and patio furniture, as well as sun loungers. There is also a gate on the veranda to keep children or toddlers from going into the pool or garden area alone. There is a perfect view of the pool and garden from the veranda, lounge and main bedroom. Free WiFi and android TV via the internet, as well as a DVD and CD player. The kitchen is well equipped with pantry items, and features granite worktops and breakfast bar, a gas four ring hob with an electric oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, Bosch washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and cafeteria. There are two double sized bedrooms; one with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables. This bedroom has patio doors with a view over the pool. The second bedroom has twin beds, toilet and washbasin en-suite, with wardrobe, and bedside table with three drawers.
The access to the apartment is by a small flight of stairs, approximately four steps, there is also a baby gate s at the front that can be closed to keep toddlers in.
These apartments are unique, as statistically there are very few condominiums with only four residences.
They are set in a lovely quiet area and certainly not overlooked by tall high rise buildings or other apartments
The Apartment is very well located, with a less than 10 minutes walk to main restaurants, supermarkets and beach.
