The kitchen is with the highest quality cooking utensils, a beautiful balcony with a rocking chair for relaxation and area viewing, availability of 24/7 security personnel and power supply. it's a 25 mins drive from the Murtala Muhammed Internal Airport, 8 mins from Ikeja City Mall, & 5 mins away from Dominos Pizza Wemco Road Ikeja.

. Grid electricity is metered and on a PAYC basis. You are in total control - (Topup and consume ONLY what you need, meaning you pay for your power consumption).
. Availability of 24/7 uninterrupted power supply - inverter installed coupled with the standby generator as redundancy in the event of grid power failure (common across the country). Note, that heavy appliances (ACs, water heater, washing machine, etc) are connected directly to the grid power source ONLY.
