Our luxurious 137m2 apartment on the 1st floor, in a new and modern condominium, offers everything you need for a perfect stay,

We have designed the layout to make you feel at home, and have chosen a qualitative equipment (Starck Kartell Slide Nespresso .....)

The apartment has reversible air conditioning, wifi (Portuguese and English channels), satellite TV (French channels) that you can watch from the living room or the terrace thanks to its reversible wall installation, a DVD player, movies, games, poker, cards, a bluetooth speaker .....

You will have 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with its bathroom and toilet, a large fitted closet, and a terrace
The second bedroom is made up of two twin beds, a fitted wardrobe and a terrace.
And finally the third bedroom consists of a sofa bed convertible into a very comfortable 160 bed, and a desk
A second bathroom and toilet completes the sleeping area
All these rooms face north, which in the Algarve is very pleasant and has reversible air conditioning.

A large closet in the corridor will allow you to store your things without problem, you will find everything you need, shopping cart for shopping ....

The kitchen is very luxurious, and very equipped with both crockery and household appliances, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, juicer, robot, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine

A door from the kitchen leads directly to a splendid terrace which will allow you to have breakfast and your other meals of course

The living room is composed of a sitting area and a dining area, the air conditioning is also present

It also overlooks the terrace on which you will spend most of the time
The latter with an area of 23M2 without any opposite and overlooking the gardens which surround the swimming pool is exposed to the south but is covered which will allow you to take all your meals very comfortably

It is decorated with a table and 6 chairs, as well as a living room of 7 places of exceptional comfort, A slide lamp, our favorite lamp will light up your evenings

Two swimming pools are reserved for residents, one 20 meters for adults and one child. You can lounge on the deckchairs provided, sheltered by the parasols also provided. You will be given the code to access these pools.

It is very easy to park in the residence but a garage will be available to you, you will have to ask for the beep when taking possession of the apartment

A welcome pack will be waiting for you in the apartment, saving you from looking for a grocery store upon your arrival

You will also find in each bathroom welcome products, which will accompany the bathroom linen obviously provided.

In order to avoid having to carry the heavy and bulky beach towel in your suitcase, we will provide you with one foutas per person for the beach, to be handed over with the linen at the end of the week.

And of course the basic products will be present in the kitchen as well as cleaning products

"Unforgettable Lagos Getaway: A Gem of a Condo with Exceptional Service!"
We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Lagos condo! The three bedrooms were amazing, with super comfortable beds and blackout blinds for restful nights. The modern furniture added sophistication, making it feel like home. The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped with luxury appliances, including a laundry machine. The terrace was perfect for relaxing in the glorious weather. Annie, the owner, provided exceptional service, being friendly, helpful, and professional. Her prompt responses made planning easy. Adalaide was also amazing and ensured the condo was impeccably clean and was always available to assist us. The location was ideal, a short walk to the marina and downtown Lagos with breathtaking views and delightful restaurants. Lagos was a fantastic base for exploring nearby areas like Sagres, Lagoa, Silves, and Monchique. Our teenagers loved it too, as this vacation catered to all our needs. It exceeded expectations and left us with lasting memories. Highly recommended for an unforgettable holiday!

A beautiful property in Portugal
Incredible host, gorgeous property, and if we could have given it 10 stars we would have. This is not a standard property so if you are looking for a newer , spotless, upgraded and well appointed place look no further. A short walk to the stunning beach, marina, and old town. We loved the terrace and the pool when not at the beach. Yvon is a super Host and made sure we had everything we needed …. Thank you Yvon for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

Great location!
Beautiful and well equipped condo. We made lots of use of the large and relaxing deck. The condo was very clean with modern furnishings. Ample parking for rental car (both indoor or outdoor parking space). Very secure building and community. Easy15-20 minute walk to the beach, train/bus stations, grocery store and Old Town Lagos. Pool is not actually visible from the deck as it is obstructed by landscaped trees. As we were there for a month, the only suggestion we would make would be to add a propane BBQ as we like to cook outside. Highly recommend this beautiful unit.

Great Location
The apartment is very big with the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental property. Large balcony which is shaded all day long so not for sunbathing but great for meals etc. I really appreciated things like bin bags, loo roll, soap and cleaning products which were all provided. Would certainly recommend and no need for a car if you are happy to walk a bit - the Marina, a well stocked supermarket and the beach all within 10 minute walking distance.

Throughly recommend this apartment. It had everything you could need (and more) it is clean, modern and spacious, the pool was lovely and never too overcrowded. Also the proximity to the marina, the beach and Lagos town proper was ideal. Also the communication with the owner was always very quick. Can’t recommend this place enough! Honeywell will be back. Loved it! Tons of space, close to marina, beach, restaurants. They even had all the extras for the beach ex, chairs, towels, boogie boards, cooler! Kitchen has everything you need. Loved relaxing on the balcony or pool at end of day. We'll be back and will recommend to everyone.

Incredible stay !!
The place is just amazing ! The balcony is just WOWWW. We had all of our breakfasts in it, with the nice breeze, it was just perfect. I think all the time we were at the apartment, we were on the balcony. The apartment is super spacious, large wardrobes where we are to put all of our stuff and 2 full bathrooms to get ready. The location is great ! Walking distances from groceries, marina and lagos city center. We travelled with a young toddler, which needed to sleep earlier and the darkout blinds in the bedrooms windows made it easy for us to put him to sleep. Annie is a great host. She was accessible all the time, replying within minutes. I really loved this place. We were 4 adults and my son, and everyone loved it. Would 1000% come back to it if we come back to Portugal.

Nice clean apartment. Poor welcome (Waited 15 mins to get entry dispite phoning from airport) and no contact during visit. No information book but we know the area and restraunts. Would book again because its a good location. Plenty of towels and kitchin equipment although there were no saucepans?

Great holiday, but not without issues
A great apartment in a lovely complex located close to the Marina, beach and town. We have stayed at this complex (different apartments) many times before so we knew what to expect. The apartment was immaculately clean on arrival and the beds, sofas, and balcony furniture were good quality and very comfortable. Great showers and air con too. There were a few quite key issues however: 1. Arrival and departure times changed from arrival at 3pm and departure at 12pm, to arrival at 4pm and departure at 10am. Not ideal when arranging transfers etc. 2.Nobody came to meet us on arrival. The lovely cleaners gave us the keys and let us leave our bags after the owner had said no. We didn't see or hear from the local agent for our entire stay. 3. No change of towels or linens offered for a two week stay. We were told to use the washing machine! Not what you expect in an apartment billed as 'luxurious'. Also, what towels are you supposed to use whilst washing the ONE set provided? 4. The welcome pack that stated it would save us having to get groceries on arrival, was a bottle of water and a bottle of wine only. No food. 5. Only two matresses are provided for the pool sunbeds. This meant a pretty uncomfortable pool visit for the other 4 members of our party. I had asked the owner to provide them as every other apartment we have stated in has them, but they didn't. We had a brilliant holiday in Lagos and enjoyed many aspects of staying in this apartment. It was however, unfortunate that the customer care and services we expect when an apartment is described as 'luxurious' and priced at the top end, fell short for us.

Very high quality apartment in a nice complex, very close to Meia Praia beach, Marina and Lagos town
We stayed at this apartment for 8 days in April (family of 4), both the apartment and service were first class. The owner (Annie) was very co-operative and attentive throughout the booking process and stay. Check-in, greeting and support from Adelaide was also impressive. The apartment is situated within the Esconta de Marina complex and is the perfect location, with the Marina / Meia Praia beach and Lagos town only a short walk away. The apartment itself has been furnished to a very high standard with all the necessary appliances (all of very good quality and condition), and it clear the owner has put a lot of though into this to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. The private swimming pool for residents / guests was very good, with sufficient sunbeds for the number of people using the facility. The complex is very quiet and ideal for couples and families. We will certainly be booking this apartment again for our next stay in Lagos.

Modern, well equipped apartment close to Lagos Marina
We (three adults and one child) stayed at this lovely apartment for 8 nights in October. We were very happy with the liaison with Annie before the trip (I was concerned about the balcony railings with our young son and she arranged for screening to be installed), and we were impressed with how well equipped and maintained the apartment was. It was the perfect size and layout for us. The terrace was great for breakfast and relaxing in the afternoons. We walked into the old town most days for either lunch or dinner, and found the Pingo Doce supermarket (10 min walk) really useful. The pool area was clean and quiet and we would have used it more if the weather had been better. Would have been 5 stars but for a mix-up with the local agent when we arrived which meant we had to wait an hour outside the building with our bags and our three year old son after an early start, so that wasn’t great. Having said that, Annie mentioned that no one was checking into the apartment on the day of our departure so we were welcome to stay for the day (unfortunately we had a lunchtime flight so couldn’t take her up on the offer!). Thanks Annie, we had a lovely break and we would stay again!

We (2 couples) visited Lagos 5 days. We were greeted by Adelaide who was very kind and helpful. The beach was 15 minute walk and beautiful. Good 15 minute walk to Lagos restaurants which was further than Indicated but using pedestrian bridge and shortcuts very doable. The apartment was very clean and well supplied. Great new kitchen and comfortable beds. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed our stay. When we first arrived we didn’t know there were electric blinds as they were not visiable and thought we were going to be up with the birds. We then noticed neighbouring apartments with steel blackout blinds over windows. It was then we discovered the switches near the windows and sliding doors to control the blinds. They worked really well,,,, would love to have them at home. Thanks for a very nice stay to visit a beautiful place. If we may recommend the outside sofas were VERY soiled to the point we put blankets over them to sit down. They should be cleaned or replaced. The view from the patio was very disappointing as we loved the outside living but could not see the pool or ocean. It looks onto bushes and other buildings. Despite this we used it quite a bit. Overall the photos represent well the apartment and we thank Yvon and Annie for providing us with a nice place to stay. Lagos was wonderful. Many beaches, Cap Sagres, Albufeira and nice restaurants. Lovely and spotless apartment in good location!
Had a great week staying here with friends in May. Apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived, was a great size for the five of us, and had everything we could possibly need. At the time of year we stayed the communal pool was always quiet which was great. It was only a very short walk from the marina and around 10-15 minutes walk to Lagos town. Hosts were really helpful and check in/out was really straightforward. Would recommend!

Fabulous apartment which was perfect for our family of 4.
Apartment was in a great location. Every evening we walked down to the marina for dinner. Beautiful untouched beach on the doorstep. Handy to have the pool for the afternoons. Spent days traveling around to other beaches which again were beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was modern, beautifully furnished and suited us perfectly. We would stay again.
